The check-in staff, Hassan, provided poor and inhospitable attitude service at the reception desk. On entry for check-in I greeted him with a good evening, but his response was irritable, snaeky and unpleasant. He immediately requested my name to complete the check-in process, did not offer any water or other general hotel information. When I asked about parking, he point to a small QR code sign on the desk with not context to help or assist.
