This was place was a huge disappointment. First family room. (3 beds) was dirty, toilet had been used and not flushed…tried to flush it away and no water. Second room was adequate for one night if you are not at all bothered by cleanliness. Missing any toilet paper which the bar was able to fix…the power source was not able to handle a coal Machine and iPhone plugged in and blew a fuse. See photos…there was mold in the shower, broken and stained ceiling tiles throughout the room. Had it not been as late as it was we would have tried to find another location. Shower pressure was barely adequate. On the positive side breakfast was included and definitely better than the dinner.

Great Spot

Very friendly staff, very welcoming. Service was excellent with a brilliant breakfast. Property is well maintained and has a eco feel to it will the roof covered in solar panels. Improvement would be to install EV chargers to allow overnight charging making the onward journey easier for those of us arriving in EV’s (modern chargers record consumption and so use could be charged as an addition but on a not for profit/at cost rate)

We booked this room and paid for it yesterday afternoon. We rang to confirm and had said we wouldnt be doing a check in because we were at an event in the city center and we would be arriving late. We were told this was no problem. We had to pay 35£ for a taxi to take us out to the hotel. When we arrived the doors were locked. No one was there. We couldnt get inside. We rang both numbers listed, one of which was printed on the door as a notice to ring if the door was locked. We were left having to pay another 35£ to get back to the city centre where our car was and had to sleep in the freezing cold for the night. This is beyond ridiculous. And i want a full refund sent back to me asap or i will take this further.

Hand on heart, I’d never stay again.

Freezing. Bathroom flooded. Toilet barely flushed. Shower damaged. No WiFi. Car park unlit and dangerous. No welcome booklet and instructions for breakfast were written on scrap paper and stuck to the door. Constant beeping noise. Very, very limited warm water.

Not very happy

Comfortable and satisfactorily clean. My major complaint: I was booked with my wife and two children on a bed and breakfast basis. We had to forego breakfast completely as we were told that breakfast starts at 9:00 am! We had a ferry to catch in Belfast that morning so we could not stay for breakfast. I have stayed at very many hotels and B&B places all over the world. I have never been to a place where breakfast service starts so late in the morning.
