The staff the food the property all exceeded our expectations wish we could have stayed longer. Shout out to dining room hostess Eri and dining staff dewi and ditto and astawana. They made every day more pleasant with smiles and gracious attitudes. Chef Vito was amazing. Helpful with all food descriptions and info. If you come to this area you must stay here. Amazing value. Thanks to everyone here for making 50 th wedding anniversary so special with welcome cake and rose petals. Will not be forgotten

The hotel and resort are fantastic. The rooms are well appointed. The pool is amazing. And, the bar and restaurant are great this all makes up for the fact that it’s not in Seminyak. I highly recommend this resort.

Just coming to the end of our 10 night stay that we purchased via Luxury Escapes. The Package included accommodation in a Premium Pool Room which was adequate in size and quality and included a small plunge pool - not really worth the extra cost as not very private and water temperature cooler than the hotel pool. The package (once we sorted out what exactly was included as staff were not familiar with our package) included Buffet Breakfast (great range and service), two Dining Experiences (very ordinary as it was limited to a reduced list of mains e.g. Burger or Pasta and a dessert - no entree) and Daily Cocktail (again selected from a reduced list). The one hour Balinese Massage included was excellent and we ended up purchasing a further spa service. The Hotel itself is about 5 years old and is starting to show areas of wear which needs attention. Despite some issues with the package and staff understanding inclusions, it’s the friendly staff which really made for a pleasant stay - would like to make a special mention of Bagu and Chandra at the Pool Bar for their exceptional service and friendship they showed us.

I have to say: bathtub is perfect! Strongly recommend that you shall stay one night here to enjoy the bathtub and happy hour! The happy hour nearby pool is great! Buy one get one cocktail is tasty. Just choose one book and stay on beach-chair, enjoying sunny and cocktail. In addition, the yukata is very smooth, I really enjoy wearing it while I sleep.

Have stayed here before and was looking forward to going back , it still clean and the staff are good , a few issues at check in , told that Mr and Mrs automatically get twin beds , that after being told I requested a twin !!! , Really !!!! The main issue is the breakfast , flys everywhere and food fully exposed , so choose carefully , but not to have bacon is of course their choice but beef bacon is no substitute in my view , honestly would go back because of the location but skip the breakfast , not a great choice.

Hotel staff very efficient and are able to solve problems rapidly- we received an upgrade. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing (when no kids in the pool) hotel staff are very kind and always willing to help. Daily house keeping was consistent and breakfast buffet 10/10. Very multicultural stay. Would recommend this property for family, not couples as lots of kids during our stay.

Great stay at an amazing hotel. Beautiful rooms and pool to relax by. Excellent buffet breakfast and pool bar. Outstanding service by all the staff especially Wawan- always happy and goes out of his way to make your stay the best experience possible and nothing is ever too much! The staff go above and beyond to meet your needs- excellent service! Would go back to this hotel.

We were really looking forward to our stay here for 2 nights as part of our Anniversary celebration trip. We had not stayed here before but have stayed in similar 5 star hotels within the area. I have mixed feelings about our stay but I will be honest and fair about our experience and I'll tell the good with the not so good. We're not usually super fussy, but if we're staying in a 5-star place, we want to feel the luxury we're paying for. The hotel is set back from the street - the driveway didn't scream "5 star hotel ahead". Security (or the appearance of security) was very tight and time consuming. I assume it is meant to make guests feel comfortable, but I wonder if it had the opposite affect (barriers, sniffer dogs, x-ray machine, metal detector etc). We had our bags viewed & walked through the metal detector every time we entered the hotel but weren't searched once, even though the machines beeped every single time. This is not a criticism of the hotel - just an observation & heads up for you. Every driver who came to pick us up, complained about security overkill and the extra time it took to pick up guests. The hotel is deceptively big and sprawling and has a nice large pool area with swim up bar. We didn't use the pool in the time we were there but it looked inviting. I have to say, every single staff member we dealt with was super friendly and polite - you couldn't fault their willingness to help or sort out any problem you might have. The hotel was not full and at times, it seemed even empty, but I suspect the staff all are happy to help out even if they are super busy - a credit to their management. Our room was on 4th floor and we had upgraded to ensure we had the amazing bath on the balcony - a very nice experience, by the way. I think it is a nice drawcard for the hotel as it's a bit different. They have a curtain you pull across so you are not seen by others but I did feel more comfortable that we were high up and not on the lower levels that are very obvious to those in the pool. I really enjoyed my bath on the balcony but I may have stayed longer there if the overhead light had been working, thus allowing me to read my book in the bath!! The room configuration is a little strange with the bathroom being the first part of the room as you enter (not off to the side, but like a foyer as you enter -strange!) If you have someone visit you in the room, they see all your toiletries, the wardrobe & the toilet and shower (frosted glass doors) are visible to them - weird! You walk through the bathroom to the bedroom and balcony. We had a few minor issues with the room - none of which are major problems, but in a 5-star hotel, you don't expect to deal with these things, especially as the hotel was not busy. Our fridge didn't work properly, it was warm, definitely not cool. When we reported it, it was dealt with immediately but why wasn't that checked before we got the room? Our tv reception (including the movie channels) was poor and snowy - that should also have been checked before hand. Not one channel had clear reception so it was probably a loose wire or something easily fixed - again, nothing major but not expected in this quality hotel. Our room did not have a hotel guide/facilities book - apparently it was supposed to and when we mentioned it to staff, one was sent up the next day. Again, not a big issue, but it should have been in the room for us to look at when we first arrived. Breakfast was varied and pleasant. It wasn't the best breakfast we've had in a Bali 5-star hotel, but it certainly wasn't the worst either. Staff were very, very pleasant and accommodating but not exactly quick to clear plates away/tables etc, especially as they weren't really that busy. You can get cappuccino/flat white coffees if you ask for it at no cost, otherwise they serve brewed coffee/tea. I had one of the best massages I've ever had at the hotel's spa. It wasn't overly priced for a hotel spa and was very professional and definitely relaxing. I usually don't use the hotel spas because they are so expensive but I would definitely have gone back for another one if we had stayed longer. The hotel was aware this was an anniversary celebration for us and we came back after dinner to find in our room, a lovely dessert with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate. This was a very nice touch by the hotel - and the dessert was delicious!! Overall, we enjoyed our stay here, and perhaps if we had stayed longer, we would have loved it more, but I have to say, I wouldn't rush back to stay here. With Bali hotels struggling to fill to capacity at the moment, this hotel needs to brush up on their finer points if it wants to get return visitors. Bali just has too many better options for holiday makers, so travellers can afford to be choosey.

Tried their christmas eve dinner, its really amazing. I felt blessed can spent my christmas eve in this place. The buffet has many selection and tasty. The hostess and waiters really friendly and helpful. Everything is perfect guys

The hotel itself is great, rooms and facilities including kids club and swimming pool really fantastic. The location is a little bit far from the live area in kuta beside this and other hotels in bali isn't in the beach direct, it's a little bit far frim the beach. The security process also a higg level nearly to be mode than acceptable without a reason, but it's still good. Overall, it's a great hotel, I love it.
