We stayed at the Swiss-Belhotel which is perfectly situated away from the traffic and crowds, more rural and with a sea view!! The hospitality we received was just perfect for our needs and shuttles and transport were freely available to Bali Connection and to Geger beach!! The pools and waterfalls made it such a lovely stay! We felt safe and cared for from day one and the touring packages were everything they promised to be!! I would highly recommend a holiday at the Swiss-Belhotel!!
I stayed for 3 days at this hotel and feel very satisfied with this hotel. Located just across to Hilton and around 5 minutes to Geger beach, 1 of the most beach that you have to visit in Bali, with great view, great ambience, great services and absolutely great food. The hotel is clean, swimming pool is clean and there is a space for kids pool as well, the Balinese instrumental music in the morning while we are having breakfast, shuttle bus to Bali Collection, where we can find restaurants and stores for souvenirs, and Geger Beach, and of course the free picture for those who stay at least 3 days will be such great offers. Surely go back to this hotel again. Thank you so much Swissbell Hotel Segara Nusa Dua.
We booked this hotel because there are two big pool. I requested something special for my daughter's birthday, they decorated birth day message with a lots of rose petals! Also, when we played in the pool, staffs brought a cake with candle. They sang birthday song, too. My daughter was so so so happy. Thank you so much for the great service!! Pools are nice and large, if you are not Beach Person, I highly recommend this hotel!
I stayed just one night with my husband at March 15-16, 2018. The guest service was excellent. Unfortunately, we got the room at 5th floor and I should go down stair to get the pool. The welcome drink could be change anytime in your arrival (eg. at 5PM at the pool bar). When we entering room, the size is enough for couple but the bed (pillow and sheets) were very bad smell. The bed was like no clean and bit messed, need to touched up. But we really like the biggest pool, it was our favorite! I also ordered Sandwich while we were swimming. The breakfast was good as a standard.
We were upgraded to pool access room. Room smelt of mould. Shower in bath. Had a shower and it took over an hour for bath to drain therefore hubby couldn't have a shower straight after. Handbasin was same slow to drain. Was changed to different room next day was bit less smelly. Everyday had to ask for towels, toilet paper, hand towels. Rooms are filthy. Constantly killing ants on walls and bench. Was under the impressions shuttle was both ways to airport, when we arrived was told they would not takes as back to airport we need to get a taxi. Meals were the same everyday menu never changed. Breakfast was ok but wouldn't rave. Pool was ok but all the ladders to get in and out of pool are loose and dangerous. Walls paper thin can hear everything next door, above and below. Would not recommend.
Stayed here just recently for 11 nights, like anywhere it has its pros and cons. Pros are the staff are friendly and helpful, public areas are clean and tidy, pool is great and it wasnt crowded. The price of the room was good. They put on a banquet for Chinese new year which wasnt bad, that was out in the pool area. The cons, they take their time doing some things like serving meals which was frustrating at times, some of the food ie steak and fish can be tough and over cooked. Burgers and sandwiches not too bad tho. Breakfast is ok, found enough to eat. House keeping seem to forget things ie towels and soap. Twice we had to call reception to get some. Some ppl had to change rooms due to musty smell being quite strong, even in our room the toilet was a bit on the nose. All in all it was ok and probably would stay again but would also like to try different accommodation first.
Visited as part of honeymoon in bali for 3 nights Staff and service were excellent Room was clean but little bit small and we could hear the voice of our neighbor in the the room next to us although the door between two rooms was closed The pool view was excellent Wifi was little bit slow Price was acceptable
I tried to called them for asking to setup an anniversary decoration for me and my boyfriend. But it didn’t happened. Kind of disappointed because i wanted to surprise him. But thankfully for gave us the room with the pool access. Breakfast also wonderful and good. My bf liked the gadogado and i liked the chicken porridge and chicken butter.
Another hotel we tried in south of bali area which is very good price to stay, we come to relax with 3 of us my wife and our Daugther. Good breakfast , nice spa included in our trip at this time. High recommended for medium level price.
This resort is located right opposite to Hilton. We booked Laguna room which had direct access to the pool and really enjoyed our time there. Free shuttle to greger beach and Bali collection is definitely a wow factor. Thank you for your hospitality 😊
