Our Honeymoon was perfect. we love to stay here again. i can never ask for more. we had stayed in SUITE ROOM, Breakfast was perfect, staff was so friendly. The room will welly maintained ( Lucky for me ).

We recently stayed at this hotel for a month and We would not recommend for a long stay. The Hotel staff are very obliging and helpful. On arrival we received a beautifully decorated romantic display on our bed but we where taken back how small our room was, we requested a bigger room so we could actually hang our clothes and store or luggage which the staff obliged but the room on offer felt just as small, so we stayed in the first room. The rooms are disappointing. The bathroom was in need of an intense clean we had to buy bleach and mr muscle to "try" remove the stains on the toilet seat and shower floor. The bedside lockers where not cleaned daily and where very dusty (probably because the doors to our balcony did not close fully). The food was ok if they actually had, the food shown on the menu.I can't say much more then that really. Also we ate in the restaurant one day and the power went in the entire hotel we where left sitting in the dark not even a candle in sight or someone come to our table to explain or apologise. The price of even the local beer was nearly as expensive as Ireland. Which explained why the rooftop terrace was constantly empty. We did complain on a couple of occasions about the noise of guests (mainly Chinese & Japanese) shouting in hallways first thing on the morning and last thing at night!! I don't want to make it sound really bad because we did enjoy our holiday and as I said the staff where so nice. They surprised my partner with a Birthday cake to the room which was a lovely gesture, we where also sent a fruit "basket" and we where given a courtesy meal at the BBQ buffet on our last night. We also where given free transportation to the airport as a thank you for a long stay which was a nice gesture When we left we did leave a card and gift for staff as they where so polite and helpful but over all for a fairly new hotel it needs a serious upgrade.

The villas do NOT look like the pictures. They must have taken the pictures a while ago. The mosquito net had blood stains, chips on furniture, stains on bed sheets, bathroom was not clean, there was rust on the shower cord, the loungers outside were smelly, stained and mouldy so we could not use them. The breakfast is average, you can tell it is cheap food. Soggy burnt pastries and oily rice (the traditional indonesian breakfast). But the worse was how the staff dealt with 3 kittens we found on our villa roof. We were worried they were abandoned so we asked the staff to take care of them. They simply got rid of the 'problem' (likely that they just dashed the kittens in the streets) and lied to us about it, pretending they took the kittens to Villa Kitty, a rescue centre in Ubud (we rang Villa Kitty and they had not received the kittens). Dogs and cats are treated really bad in Indonesia but the way the staff handled this issue was really not OK. Reported them for animal cruelty.

As everyone has said of this site needs a refurb --- but you get what you pay for it was cheap for what we got in the heart of Seminyak Yes there is mosquitoes but we knew so I brought from home citronella candles and mosquito coils as I always get bitten in asia and if you put lights on of course you going to attract insects Food at breakfast was great good section if you like trying Indonesia food and eggs cooked to your liking We had a villa down the back so we mostly went in and out the back to massages , leather and laundry. And of coarse surrounded by very good restaurants Trying to eat at them all !! Staff are an excellent Just remembering we in Asia not Australia We are having alovely relaxing holiday and leaving plenty on money in the country And this was my 5th visit to Bali and Its keeps getting more western every time with is good but bad Would we stay here again that would be a big fat yes

We had a one bedroom villa with its own pool. It was spacious and comfortable and had very good fittings, although some of the fixtures were looking a bit tired. The villa was well located for the restaurants and shops in Seminyak and the beach was a 10 minute walk away. Staff were very friendly and obliging. The rooftop bar had a great view of the area.

Remembering this is a budget priced hotel, it is excellent value for money. What you get is a clean and comfortable room, great pool, excellent location in the heart of Seminyak and most importantly, beautiful staff. Most packages include a good buffet breakfast. The day spa is also great. If you are budget conscious this is the perfect place. Look forward to our next visit.

My husband and I booked 5 nights accommodation including breakfast. The room we were given was dirty, especially the bathroom, very noisy, the sheets were stained, curtains had stains on them, towels were dirty looking with some stains.

My partner and I stayed in a one bedroom villa and couldn't fault anything. The rooms were nice, pool was always clean, room was great and the pillows were amazing, we couldn't get over how comfy they were, and most of all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.

We stayed on a budget but that shouldn't mean that we were looking for budget accommodation. We booked our holiday 9 months out through scoopon. It was rated at 4 stars. We had two rooms and both in need of repair. Both bathrooms flooded with the shower on and mouldy. The towels stained, small and tattered. The pool was nice but no music TVs missing from the wall's and generally run down. The staff were friendly. We did hsve s look at the villas and thought them to be a much better standard. We wouldn't stay here again for the money. You csn get alot nicer accommodation for the money.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel from 27 March to 3 April. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in two star hotels that are better than this. The only things that were positive were the spa (very friendly and lovely massage) and the bed,firm, but comfy. We arrived late on the Monday night and checked in. The staff on duty were not very polite. Our room stunk of mould, so we tried to air it out, but as soon as we got back from dinner to open the door, the smell would just smack you in the face. Dirty bathroom and mould on the curtains. My partner became very sick so we asked for another room. After them telling us they had none available, even though we could see the housekeeping across the pool cleaning rooms, they made us wait three hours. We got our new freshly sprayed room with no fridge. We called and got one quite quickly. Waiting till the morning to get out iced coffee out and it was not cold. Called reception to inform them it wasn't working and got told it wasn't meant to keep our drinks cold, but had not problem with the first rooms fridge and told the, this and they said they would send that one up but it never came. Also argued with me about having to pay for a bucket of ice as our fridge was working, but still ended up paying. The room smelt a little mouldy at the end of our stay, but we just wanted to get out of there. Breakfast was crap. Over cooked bacon(jerky) not much variety at all and the same things every day. The pastries even had ants crawling over them. Even had ants come into our second room and bit us at night. Both bathrooms were dirty, toilet never got cleaned while we were there, stains on the towels and sheets. Didn't get a sleep in once while we were there as the halls are enclosed and doors slamming and people talking just echoed and magnified the sound. We were also near the lift, and every floor it stopped at it would chime. Even the staff called us at 7.30 in the morning, so we ended up taking the phone off the hook. Very bad smells from the kitchen area while in the pool and the pool where the swim up bar had a funky smell to it. Worst hotel ever. Will never stay here again and tell anyone wanting to stay here to look elsewhere. Old, dirty, smelly hotel with bad food and service!
