I made a booking to stay in 17th February 2018 and canceled my stay on the same day, because the hotel was so bad, very poor, not helpful staffs. The furniture needs to be fixed > rusty fridge, door that cannot be closed, unclean pool, so many bad things in this hotel, very contradictory with the photos. I warned you DONT be fooled by the photos, when you see the room for yourself, you will be so disappointed. Worst hotel I ever been, and thank God because of Agoda's help, I could cancel and get full refund. I don't ever want to come to this hotel again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone. They need to do a massive renovation.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Staff was friendly and apology for their missed pick up at airport. Villa was big and a bit far from town. Quite place and peaceful. Villa was a bit dirty especially the pool. Few defects in the room and no water as well. Overall comfortable villa and suitable for couple who need quite place.

If only I had read reviews before booking and paying to stay here. We arrived all excited on a family holiday to stay at what we thought (and was advertised) as a four star villa, in reality was a complete dump. As soon as we walked into the villa there was a stench which we realised came from the green pool with bits of rubbish floating on top and hair. No filters on. The man knew that it was green as straight away says he’ll get someone in to clean it. That was just the beginning. Mould all around the edge of the pool, broken boards with rust and rusty nails exposed, mould throughout the villa, leaking taps, bench tops not wiped, gardens smelling and unkept, staff not in uniforms and a spider in our child’s bed. When we went to complain at the front desk within 10 minutes of walking in, the guy did not seem one bit surprised and reading other reviews I can see he would be used to it. We were there a total of 15 minutes. The place needs to be knocked down and gutted out. A complete dump! I am currently trying to get back the $1000 that we paid in a full refund but I can’t see it happening. It’s almost like a scam, we pay upfront, turn up, can’t stay there and so we leave but they still make money off you anyway by not giving back a refund. Don’t waste your money, time and don’t let this place ruin your holiday. Ended up at the white rose, beautiful place, even took pity on our situation and upgraded our room.

Booked in on the 30th of decemeber - Checked out 1 hour later. The place is absolutely disgusting. The worst hotel i have ever set foot in. Filthy and falling apart. Dangerous due to rotting boards around the pool. The whole place had mould. Im not even sure if they give them a proper clean between guests. Pool dirty, tap dripping, aircon not working, pillows torn and filthy. If i could give them a negative star rating i would. And to have to pay $460 cancellation fee - which was actually a bargain just to get out of the place. We moved into the Bandha hotel and suites for a cheaper price and it was absolutely fantastic.

I visit Bali quite often, either for business or leisure with family and friends. Lately we choose to stay in villa, instead of hotel. Bali Swiss Villa is one the most spacious villa with relatively cheaper compare to other villas. I would suggest the management increase the maintenance for the unit so that all the facilities & fixture will work properly.

5 mates stayed in the President Suite. It is HUGE, 450sqm. About a 10m pool that was great. Breakfast cooked every morning that was good. The villas themselves are a little worn though and presidential is not the word that comes to mind. Also a little of the beaten track, so you can't just step out and do things. However, it is only $3 (make sure you get bluebird taxi) to get you into the middle of Seminyak.

In July 2017 a party of 13 of us booked out 4 villas at Bali Swiss for over 2 weeks and I felt compelled to write a review on what could only be described as a complete nightmare. When we arrived our villa that we paid over $2000 AUD for it had no hot water, was about as clean as a squat, floorboards that should have been replaced about 10 years ago and more mosquitoes than the everglades. So we started with the hot water, after about 3 hours the handyman entered- this man would over time feel like family due to the amount of time he spent at our villas- after testing the water he agreed, it was indeed cold so off to the switchboard. He beckoned me to come over to what I can only describe as switchboard made by 4 year old. Obviously this was a clear health and safety issue so he flicked the switch with a pen- then handed me a pen and told me if it happens again you know what to do (at least I got a biro, every win counts at this place.) I turned on the hot water and of course the switch went again, I tried the pen trick but to no success. So off I went back to the reception and after arguing for about 15 minutes was offered a new villa. My partner and I went and looked at the next door villa and no hot water so that one was out, then we looked at another villa, hot water but even more dated but loving my showers we took it. Day 3 and now we have no connection with the outside world. My partner and I were in Bali to get married and having no Wi-Fi to talk to guests, family and friends was fairly annoying. So off I went to reception, after being told that it was my phone, and my partners phone and our guests phone and having another little argument in comes the handyman. Its fixed!! For an hour- 2 days later another few arguments and it actually got fixed. Now as I mentioned we looked at another apartment that had no hot water, well my father, his partner and my little brother ended up in that one. They complained but as there was no other villas available they went for 2 weeks with out hot water. Then the flood came. As we were sitting there eating our cardboard- sorry breakfast- we heard the noise of rushing water and all of a sudden the kitchen was turned into the titanic after the iceberg incident. In comes the handyman. Now you'd think the pipe would be fixed? Nope- for the next week our kitchen floor was made of towels which at least were changed regularly unlike the ones in the bathroom. All of these things were annoying, the villas were filthy and overall so unsafe but the best was at the end. The staff member on duty the night before we left at 4am sorted out some laundry for us. We were told it would be at the villas at 10pm that night, perfect, 10pm rolls on and no laundry, the staff member tells me that it will be a bit late and they will drop it at the room. 2am the phone rings and I'm told I have to go to reception- by this time I knew how to get there fairly well- When I got to reception I was told I'd need to pay an extra $50 AUD to get my washing. I'm pretty sure that's not okay. After telling the man in a less than polite way I'd not be doing that and where he may insert $50 I left, we packed our bags and headed to the airport. Now with the way everything went we didn't check our washing, I lost 2 shirts that cost $100 each along with a fair amount of other items so I emailed Bali Swiss and was told it was my fault. Now if you've managed to get this far well done but if 1 person reads this and stays somewhere else then this is time well spent. Please believe the terrible reviews, don't let these people ruin your holiday.

After 2 days travelling to get to Bali from Ireland with3 young children we were appalled by the condition of the villa. It was run down with holes in the wall beside the air conditioning which were covered with paper, it was dirty, equipment didn't work and there was no hot water. We couldn't stay a d had to find an alternative, the staff were very understanding and we got a full refund. This villa is terrible

Well after reading all the bad reviews I was a little worried . But once I arrived and meet Caroline I knew this was going to be a great base to spend my holiday . The room was in a very good order and a lovely pool area lots of hot water and no power issues at all. The hotel staff was always very helpful and made are stay a very good one . Breakfast was cooked fresh in your room everyday and was very nice . I would stay here again as the price is very good for this class of villa and in a great spot thankyou Bali wiss

I want to reinforce my opinion and answer the management of villa respon. Thats true that i book the villa for party, but i told the management of villa or manager on duty in this villa (ms. Caroline) when i book this villa. From the beginning, i told her that i want book for make wedding party n i want use some space n way for my event. I never told her that i invite 30 person in my event, and she never ask me how many people will come. But i have informes her that i want use cathering from outside the villa, i also asked her for approval to this condition. I think that her was know, if we order cathering, so people who come is more than 100 people. On 22 april 2017 at 02.00 pm, i have meet with ms. Caroline at villa. At the time i went to villa with my husband, my brothers n my sister. And thats day i have to discuss to ms. Caroline about my wedding party planner and view the villa that i want use. And that day i had tell her maybe i will invite 250 person to come with my paty, but they did not come at the same time. So i ask her to help me looking for the PECALANG (LOCAL CUSTOM SECURITY) for my event. That day ms. Caroline doesn't tell me about an extra charge beside additional charge. 1 week later, she confirm to me about the pecalang was found and PECALANG fee for 2 days and 2 person is Rp. 1.500.000,-. I'm shocked hear that information because the PECALANG FEE is more expensive. So i ask my sister n my brother to found the pecalang to know how much PECALANG FEE that i must pay. From this situation i know that ms. Caroline up the PECALANG PRICE, because the real price only Rp. 800.000,- for 2 PECALANG for 2 days. I know that ms. Caroline have to coruption my money, but i still silent. Not only that, she confirm me too, that i must pay an extra charge because i use the villa for party n invite many people joint to my event. DO YOU THINK THATS TRUE? she confirm me one weeks before my event, how can i canceled and change the party place, when i have to send the invitation card to many people. On 6 may 2017 at 13.00 i have meeting ms. Caroline with cathering staff that i book. At that day we discuss about what time my cathering can start prepare there. From equipment loading untill start preparation. At that day, i have to ask villa management for early check in time. But ms. Caroline said, the condition she can't make sure that say, she will confirm me about the early check in time on 7 may 2017. But for cathering time, they can help to loading and preparation at 11.00 am. At that day, i have to negotiation with ms. Caroline for less the extra charge, but she said can't less again. Because the extra charge that i paid is for get extra service from the villa, and she said, she will take 1 staff for handle my villa, who will control my villa every 30 minute. But in the real everything she said is nothing. On 8 may 2017 i have check in villa at 02.00 pm, when i came i have meet with ms. Caroline at villa. And i'm check in, i saw the villa have not clean up already. To many staff still clean up all room. And not only that, the most severe, the swimming pool very very very dirty. I had complain that time to ms. Caroline, but she said that the staff already put some sort of pool cleanser, so i must wait for a few hours to get the swimming pool clean. Because the day i'm busy, after she said that, i left the villa for a several hours to pick up my another family, but untill i'm back the pool water have not clean. When i want go to shower, i know that every room no towels provided. Shampoo not refilled. And at night there are some lights not lit. But the management or staff not change the lamps. I must complain for many times for ask the staff repair the lamps. Not only that, toilets are broken and can't flash, but staff too long respon the complain and repair that too. On 9 may 2017 morning the electricity have dead and the shower water not work too long. I have complain to office and ask they to turn on the genzet, but the office staff said can't turn on the genzet, because the engenering staff have not stay on villa. I am and my wedding organiser team trying to call ms. Caroline to complain this condition, but she not answer the phone, and not call back untill now. The service of this villa is very disappointing. The swimming pool until im check out on 10 may 2017, still dirty. And now management of villa want blame me? Can u think before u blame me? I HAVE CHECK IN ON TIME WHEN I MUST CHECK IN (02.00 PM). I PAID EXTRA CHARGE (Rp. 1.000.000,-) THAT I MUST GET EXTRA SERVICE. WHAT I GET? SWIMMING POOL DIRTY AND VILLA NOT ALREADY CLEAN UP. IF U SAID I'M NOT FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE OF CHECK IN, I TELL U, WHEN I'M ARRIVED IN VILLA, MS. CAROLINE STAY BESIDE ME, IF I'M NOT FOLLOW THE RULE, MS. CAROLINE MUST REMAIN ME, NOT BE SILENT. SO MANY TROUBLE THAT I NOT WRITE HERE, SO DON'T BLAME ME ABOUT THE CONDITION AGAIN!!!
