Apartments are fantastic, spotlessly clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. apartments are outside the city by about 15 mins but there is a free shuttle several times a day or taxis are cheap and the service bus which stops outside is even cheaper. I would recommend a visit and loved Baku.

Neat and quite Hotel

New and very good hotel and nice to stay in. Quick check in and check out. It is only a little away from city center. It is good to relax cuz it is in front of the beach. Very good hotel

Отличные апартаменты, я бы в таких жил

Начну с того, что заявленные двуспальная кровать "King Size" и диван-"кровать" таковыми не являются. Кровать стандартного размера, а диван не раскладной - взрослый человек на нем не сможет лежать. Сказал об этом администратору - обещали исправить описание. При заселении номер не был готов к приему троих взрослых человек, хотя бронировал заранее. Правда, достаточно быстро организовали третье спальное место - сначала матрас, а на утро и целую кровать принесли. Во всем остальном были только положительные эмоции. Персонал отличный, приветливый, доброжелательный. В апартаментах большая кухонная зона с индукционной двухкомфорочной плитой. Единственно, чего нам не хватало, так это микроволновки. Но, может, это и к лучшему, ведь от них уже начали отказываться в некоторых странах. В целом я остался доволен!

Rommene var store og fine. Renhold var bra. Bassenget bra. Svært varierende engelsk kunnskaper blant de ansatte på hotellet, noe som førte til utfordringer for oss. Wifi på noen av rommene var svært dårlig. Dårlig service i forhold til matservering: måtte vente veldig lenge på mat, noen ganger glemt bestillingen vår, noe av maten var dårlig. Varierende grad av service i resepsjonen.

Отель - супер, всем рекомендуем!

Персонал очень отзывчивый, даже на фоне общего дружелюбия бакинцев в сфере обслуживания. На любые вопросы и просьбы реагировали моментально и сразу же помогали. Путешествовали семьями с друзьями (у каждой семьи были дети <1 года). Из отеля трижды в день ходит бесплатный трансфер (микроавтобус) в город и обратно. Без проблем договорились о трансфере из аэропорта в отель. Согласились на бесплатное продление проживания на несколько часов. Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Есть игровая комната (настольный теннис, бильярд, дартс, приставка), бассейн (бесплатно предоставили надувного лебедя детям для купания). Единственный минус - нет своего пляжа. Чего, в принципе никто и не обещал и на карте это видно.

Сам отель понравился. Большой удобный номер с видом на море, хорошая шумоизоляция, оборудованная кухня. Небольшие недочеты: на кухне отсутствуют соль / перец / растительное масло / средство для мытья посуды / губка, а также не хватает пары мисок для салатов. Мы всё купили в супермаркете, но, в принципе, можно попросить в ресторане. Хорошие завтраки (к сожалению, кофе только растворимый), ресторан с азербайджанским и европейским меню, а также бар у пляжа. Можно совершенно спокойно существовать автономно. До Баку минут 20 на автомобиле, но в отеле есть шаттл (несколько раз в день по расписанию), поэтому можно подстроится. Персонал прекрасно говорит по-русски и очень компетентен. Если целью проживания является пляжный отдых, то пляж Шихова мы бы не порекомендовали для постоянного посещения. Во-первых, пляж находится на противоположной стороне 6-полосного Сальянского скоростного шоссе. Пешеходного перехода нет. Поэтому приходится перебегать шоссе в промежутках потока. Во-вторых, на пляж приезжают на автомобилях, но ставят их лишь в нескольких метрах от воды плюс накрывают столики. Поэтому прилечь / присесть / привстать пешему отдыхающему проблематично. Кроме того, всё это не добавляет чистоты. В общем, лучше отдыхать в отеле у бассейна (лежаки, полотенца и музыка входят в стоимость номера и вода в бассейне освежала (на улице было хорошо за +40)) либо ехать на другие пляжи.
