Bad experience.No standard..Nothing..Very terrible hotel..

Room service kept leaving decaf coffee even after I left a note!

The room smelled like marijuana, I asked to have them change me to another room. They put me in a room next door. That room the air heater didn't work and the TV didn't work and the toilet keep running.

Would stay again. Room was small but comfortable & clean.

Overall good experience. Quick checkin. Good breakfast.

Overall condition of the hotel is fair with remodels but the location is isolated from gas stations, restaurants, etc.

The pool was nice. Office help was very helpful. Room smelled and old .the bathroom looked like had not been cleaned.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The pillows are AWESOME!

this place was dirty in a terrible area, ran out of keys so front desk man walked u to your room and if u wanted to leave he had to let u back in. how safe is that. what kind of hotel runs out of keys, turn around and walked out didnt even check in this is a hotel from hell

We enjoyed staying there the room was clean and the service was great. We especially like the replay lounge. The young man there was very efficient and friendly. And the food was very good. We would stay again

It was long drive from SD to Sacramento. So we needed a place to rest over night. This is a good place to stay.

Bad part of town.. Staff ok. Breakfast buffet fair. Ate it In a building next to hotel. Looked like a closed restaurant. Interesting experience... Only one night. Needed to sleep on our way to a reunion.

We were there visiting family. We just wanted somewhere clean and safe to stay. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The highlight was the free hot breakfast.

good room to stay~ we have a problem for the restroom and they help to chang the other room. Thx!!

The location was sketchy but the hotel grounds were safe but could use some more light.

Small room, small tv, cheap breakfast. Located in an industrial area. I always review hotels before booking. This time I made a poor choice. You win some, you loose some.

I stayed at the hotel in late January for four nights. The room was clean and quiet. Out in the courtyard, oranges were ripe and falling off the tree just outside my door, and the grapefruits appeared ripe but were not yet falling. I was queasy about staying here, as I had read a negative review. In fact, I had absolutely no problems. The breakfast was fine, the staff at the restaurant were curteous. The afternoon shift desk clerk at the hotel was efficient and very helpful. So, I recommend the Quality Inn. Particularly in January, when the snow is 6 foot deep at home and the citrus is ripe and shirtsleeves are the appropriate attire.

The stay was good for the price, I was only in town for one night and it was good. I guess the hotel was not responsible for the other people staying there (let's say they were colorful and asked if I had any interesting substances on me to share)

I like staying in this hotel not only does it offer a great price but it's located in a good area where it's quiet although it's by the Fwy it's quiet! It's also next to bar/club restaurant even better on a night out you don't have drink and drive.. I'm a local and it's great to still be able to get away for a night and be on the budget.

Couldn't sleep people outside were loud the people in the other room were arguing just a bad experience
