the hotel is in a great location with a welcoming friendly staff
This requires to much work you need ratings from 1 to 10
The room I had was clean. It was a good size with a small kitchen. I only stayed for one night. For what they charged I got a really good room that was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like for the heat that we get in California the elevator was real hot and stuffy which is a minor problem for me. The front desk made my check in fast and simple.
Good location. Reasonable price. Will come back again some day.
Air conditioner did not work. It was cool so we opened window. Detergent vending machine out of order and staff could not help.
Rude staff not friendly at all treats guests terrible and unfair never would stay there again
No complaints, but no rave reviews. A little father away from our location than we would've liked
The staff was very good and helpful. They held room until I could confirm next days reservation. Near decent food. Like having the full size fridge
The overall location is not the best, but was just what I needed for my business trip. I did experience an overwhelming cigarette smell in the hallways on the non smoking floor, but the room was not affected.
I arrived at 4.30pm the front desk agent ,was you are in a smoking room, and I said that is not what I request my daughter book a nonsmoking I don't smoke and his answer was well is nothing I can do.i don't have any other room available, i went to the room and the smell was nasty.i call my daughter and she call him and a miracle he said he will upgrade to a suite liar was the same size room.after I have to be carrying my luggage up and down. Then the next morning went I went to check out at 5am they have a housekeeping at the front desk hardly speak English and in top of that she don't even know how to check me out and it was a extra $4 chard even know my daughter pay in advance. My advice please don't stay there if you don't have to.
Room was clean and quiet. A good deal for the money. Restaurants and fast foods are near by. The common areas, hall ways and elevator were dirty. Needed to be vacuumed. I would like to have more TV channels and a better breakfast option. Their grab and go breakfast was just oatmeal, muffins, granola bar, fruit, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Staff did their job, but could be friendlier. A smile goes a long way.
THE STAFF "RAYMAN" WAS NOT HELPFULL AT ALL. WE ARRIVED AT 240 PM AND HE WAS NOT GOING TO ALLOW US TO CHECK IN AND I RESERVED A KING STUDIO AND GOT A QUEEN/HANDICAPPED.
As soon as I opened the hotel room the smell of cat urine was overwhelming. They obviously let pets stay in the hotel but do not get rid of their odor after. In addition, they have people who live at the hotel and call themselves "residents". They are always out smoking and hanging out in front of the entrances so it can be uncomfortable for single women traveling.
I was bumped from that hotel because it was sold out and sent to their sister hotel, EXTENDED STAY AMERICA that was far inferior. I spent both days their and was unhappy with the conditions of the hotel. The manager, though, was very helpful and considerate of my displeasure with the surroundings and said that they would not charge me for the two days that I spent there, because of the circumstances. They said that they would talk with you ([...]) and let you know that there was no charge.
Hotel was very hard to find. Directions from Google maps sent me to a dead end on the wrong side of the freeway - no signs to indicate the motel from the freeway. Breakfast is only available on weekdays. Extra charge for internet. Room was nice and clean. Ok for the price.
