Price during remodeling should be less. We paid full price for a room that was not remodeled. The bathroom door was hard to close and it would pop open by it self. Pull out bed mattress felt like sleeping on cardboard.

2nd stay here, this room was much better! Just noticed a bit more homeless people in the area than last time.

Good location around multiple restaurants. Room was good for the price! Towels were still damp though. Had in room coffee but no cups, called front desk multiple times and no answer.

This was a terrible hotel and I definitely won’t ever be back. First clue should have been the fact that it was behind located in the behind the parking lot of McDonalds. 2nd clue should have been the police that were there when we pulled up for checkin. We were the for a weekend soccer tournament. On the first night one of the cars was broken in and items stolen. On the second night one of our soccer family’s car was broken in and items stolen. This was not some random occurrence but a problem that the hotel needs to deal with. If you know that the area is unsafe then you should higher a 24 hour security guard to patrol the area. But that wasn’t even the main issue. The place was definitely dirty. There was tons of chipped paint along the baseboards. The toilet did not flush properly, you had to hold the lever for it to even flush and it barely flushed. We had to flush multiple times just to clear out urine. The sink faucet wasn’t even attached properly. The whole faucet was loose. There was no screen on the windows so you couldn’t really open the windows to let fresh air in. The breakfast was terrible. Microwaved sauce patty and a hard boiled egg was the only hot food available. Although they did have a waffle maker but I didn’t even want to try that. The walls were super thin so you could easily here next door conversations and the pounding of peoples feet above you. On top of all that on the last day I killed a cockroach crawling along the wall 😝

Very understaffed. My remote for my television did not work and when I called about it they said to come get a different one. That one did not work either so when I called again I say can you bring me a different television? She said there was no one there but her. She moved us to a different room but I had already unpacked everything so it was a bit of a hassle.

The room we got was not thoroughly clean even at the most basic level. I can safely assume that because there was someone's Panda Express food in the microwave and a razor on top of the shower wall (I don't know if it's used and probably don't want to know...) Aside that rather unfortunate incident, the area was nice full of good food options and staff was friendly. I was honestly too tired to go and complain with them as we've been hiking around the area and came in at night... so I disinfect the room and microwave myself before knocking out to bed.

Interesting location but overall stay was not bad, it was clean and everything was in order. Will stay again. It also was quiet for being next to a freeway.

The room we got was not thoroughly clean even at the most basic level. I can safely assume that because there was someone's Panda Express food in the microwave and a razor on top of the shower wall (I don't know if it's used and probably don't want to know...) Aside that rather unfortunate incident, the area was nice full of good food options and staff was friendly. I was honestly too tired to go and complain with them as we've been hiking around the area and came in at night... so I disinfect the room and microwave myself before knocking out to bed.
