This resort was horrible! Went for boyfriend’s birthday and was never able to use any of the pools including the swim out I paid for! The swim out pool had algae and was never cleaned until the last night we were there! There was vomit in the adult pool and the beach is not swim able! The staff never responded to our requests! The blinds were broken I had to use my hair clip for privacy and the food was terrible!

We always enjoy our time at Pueblo Bonito Sunset. This time we stayed at the Montecristo Villas and had access to the resort. The villa was amazing! The food is always delicious, the staff is always gracious, kind and goes above and beyond to accommodate whatever the need is. We highly recommend this resort to any and everyone we talk to. We will continue to be guests here for the foreseeable future. Thank you Pueblo Bonito for making our family vacations and celebrations always something to remember.
