This property is beautiful. The staff is very helpful, pleasant, and always there to assist in any way they can. You can tell that food presentation is very important to the food staff, everything looked amazing and taste great too!!

Food was surprisingly very good. Staff was awesome. Rooms were tired and needed updating.

The property was very clean and service was excellent. The food was average and quality is what you would expect at an all inclusive. The volume at the property was 10/10 most of the day with cologne pumping through the vents 24/7.

The private infinity pool was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean that made every sunrise and sunset a magical experience. The outdoor terrace with a hot tub and barbecue area was perfect for relaxing evenings. The resort itself has everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed delicious meals at the on-site restaurants, which offered a wide variety of cuisine, all of which was top-notch. The concierge service was incredibly helpful, arranging activities and excursions that made our stay even more special. Whether we wanted to explore the local culture, indulge in some shopping, or just relax on the pristine beaches, everything was easily accessible. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the impeccable service. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Saw dead cockroaches around the skiy pool area and small dead ones inside our room but not a lot. Went here during busy time so its crowded.
