Comfortable stay in good location only short walk to restaurants, bars, shopping. Secure off street parking available for $15 per day, but free parking available. Very friendly reception and staff. Nice spacious clean room and bathroom. Bed comfortable, pillows ok, quiet and good sleep. Excellent free guest laundry with washing powder provided if room doesn't have a washing machine. Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, table, chairs, desk, lounge. Good hot water and water pressure in shower. Good WiFi. Only downside was shower leaking to make bathroom floor very wet and room was very cold as heating would not work. Would definitely stay again though.

Fantastic hotel in a great location near the train station in Bairnsdale. Room size and amenities were fantastic with beautiful MOR bathroom products. Beds and pillows were extra comfortable to make for a great nights sleep. Hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful in making dinner recommendations around the area. There is even charge back options with a couple of dinning options near by. Would highly recommend Quest Bairnsdale and look forward to visiting again.

Das Hotel ist in einer öden Gegend, nüchtern und "gesichtslos". Der Empfang war professionell, das Apartement sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet, das Bett bequem. Der Safe war funktionslos. Frühstück gibt es nicht, auch kein Restaurant. Parken auf dem abgeschlossenen Hof des Hotels gegen Gebühr. Das Parken rund um das Hotel ist problemlos. In der Strasse ist nicht viel Verkehr. Der Fussweg in die Mainstreet beträgt etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten. (Kein Mensch geht dort zu Fuß).
