It also has an independent studio on the lower level with an area of 50 m2 comprising two bedrooms and a bathroom and a WC.
The villa is composed of three bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a large living room, a large kitchen open to the living room and the exterior, and a fully autonomous TV room with a Home Cinema system.
The terrace is ideal for lazing around and dining with friends. You will have a WEBER gas barbecue for this purpose.
The T-shaped swimming pool adjoining the terrace has a 10-meter swimming lane.
You can enjoy a superb mountain view from the terrace and deck.

Two parking spaces are available.
