The villa spans two floors and is ideal for families, couples or remote workers, sleeping up to 6 guests in bright, well-appointed spaces, with exclusive access to private gardens, a panoramic terrace and reserved parking.

From the covered patio and the panoramic terrace you'll enjoy a spectacular view over the Gulf of Asinara. The sunsets here are truly unforgettable.

The two private gardens, fragrant with rosemary and lavender, are perfect for relaxing in the shade, reading or dining outside. The fully equipped BBQ makes evenings under the stars even more enjoyable.

The house is very well kept, clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The view from the terrace is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet.The villa is ideal for enjoying northern Sardinia, with beaches, small villages and beautiful landscapes within easy reach. We had a truly wonderful stay at Dimora degli Ulivi.The house is exactly as described, if not even better. It is beautifully maintained, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The atmosphere is peaceful and authentic, surrounded by nature, with lovely outdoor spaces where we enjoyed quiet moments and beautiful evenings.The layout of the house is perfect, offering both privacy and flexibility.
