THIS IS A SHARED PROPERTY. PLEASE SEE THE PROPERTY SITE MAP. THERE ARE 8 SEPARATE UNITS LOCATED ON THIS PROPERTY. ALL COMMON AREAS ARE SHARED.

We are on the Bay and our unique property offers 150' of waterfront with a 270' fishing pier, spa, numerous Palapas along the waterfront and lots of common areas for sitting and grilling and enjoying our outstanding views of Kemah and the Galveston Bay.

This Cottage has become a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with plush Queen size beds and linens. There is a flat screen TV in both bedrooms with a closet and armoire in one.
The living area is perfect for relaxing and reading or watching the 3rd flat screen TV. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room that makes into a full size bed.
The Kitchen in this unit is fully stocked with a large fridge, cooking pots pans, dishes, and utensils and includes a Coffee Maker, coffee, and various sugars and creamers. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a small kitchenette, with refrigerator, coffee pot, etc. Your private bathrooms have a walk-in shower, plush towels and toiletries.

There is a private deck for this room but all of our outdoor areas and Palapas, Pier and Spa are for your use. Outdoor Grills are provided and we have a variety depending on your cooking preference.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Change of towels is available on request.

We liked the cool accomodations and the help given us for directions and restaurant locations and recommendations. Very helpful. Almost everything we needed was there. Air conditioning was perfect Walk to the pier to fish- didnt do too well, but its called fishing, not catching Fun anyway.

This was a great little place to stay a few days. Definitely better than a hotel. Cute cottage with all ya need. Couple of jacuzzis and nice view from them. Chose it for proximity to Kemah Boardwalk. The floor is soft between the bed and into the bathroom next to the toilet and floor tiles didn't fit right but covered them up with rugs. May consider repairing the soft foot before it gets worse and an injury occurs. Bed was very comfortable! Enjoyed the stay there.

Short Fishing Trip

We really enjoyed our stay, it was a quick trip to try and get some fish to stock the freezer. The room was clean with plenty of square feet to relax in. Also they had COFFEE a must for me getting up early to fish. Also we love that they except pets, hate to always put the fur babies in the kennel. While we did not catch many keepers we did catch around 20 or so trout just none were big enough to keep. We did manage to catch one black drum that was around 20 lbs and over 3 foot long. Maybe better luck next time.

The property is located in a great spot for fishing, The house is in great condition with a comfortable bed but one downside is that they don’t have cooking pans or anything to cook, but overall not a bad experience.

Short Vacation

We were looking for a place on the water where we could fish and just relax not far from Houston and pet friendly. We arrived Monday afternoon. Ordered dinner at The Noah’s Ark to pick up. It was so good we went there for dinner the next night. Tables far from others and outdoors facing the Bay. Monday morning we fished on the Pier. My husband caught a few fish which we tossed back. Caught fish for sport not to keep. On our way home, we went to a fish shop and bought red snapper and shrimp to take home with us, which was our original plan. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back next Spring.
