This is a beautiful place. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful- it’s just a gorgeous place. We took a kayak out into the lagoon and visited a cenote and then had a swim. The food in the restaurant is delicious. It was a very short stay but we will definitely be back. Absolutely loved it.

Very nice, well-maintained property. Place was clean, quiet, had convenient parking, and was walkable to town. Lake access with equipment, onsite bar/restaurant and a private patio made it top notch. Would recommend.

The staff were amazing! The view and the food by the bar/palapa was spectacular. The room was very clean, I personally found the bed mattress a bit hard but otherwise the room was perfect. Location was perfectly away from hustle and bustle of town but close enough drive to access all the fun bars and restaurants.

Great place, has it all.

Everything you need in one place. Clean rooms, great service. Bar staff was amazing (moises). They just need better wifi but then maybe it was a blessing to not be connected.

Despite an initial issue during check-in (was charged in USD at a very unfavourable rate instead of Pesos as noted by Expedia) the Hotel management made things right in the end - Overall really nice stay, making Bacalar one of the highlights of the Mexico trip
