Room was fine but bathroom felt dated and the shower was lackluster. TV was buggy with channels not loading and very slow. Room was ok, but lacked a comfortable place to sit. Parking being extra is poor and the hot food for breakfast was bad especially considering the cost, scrambled eggs particularly were very bad.

Very surprised to find having paid for a room for the night we were then asked to pay to park our car in the hotel car park overnight ! And the restaurant was over priced and had the cheek to add 12.5% service charge on the bill, it's a budget hotel, not fine dining !

The hotel generally is fine. I was happy with the room size, bed size and comfort. I was not happy with the food price or quality, the food was very poor when measured against the price. I was also not happy that I had to pay extra for parking. There was very little in the way of tea, coffee and milk in the room, bare minimum. No biscuits or bottled water as you get in a lot of hotels. The general state of the hotel is a little tired. You can clearly see they are saving money on maintenance. The pool is pretty small and the shallow end made swimming lengths difficult. I was not impressed with the hot tub, no controls. However the steam room is fantastic, happy to say this is the best steam room I have been in, in a long time. I also liked the fact that there is a spinner in the changing room for your swim suite. If you decide to stay here I would certainly recommend eating else where.
Sweet and Sour Chicken, chicken is battered. Very little flavour.
Spinach and ricotta ravioli, again not tasty. Truly disappointing for the price.
