Basic no-frills independent motel. Clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of parking. Three miles from the Bull Run Restaurant where my spouse and I go to a lot of concerts, and this place is the perfect place to stay for that. There's a diner just across the street called Tiny's that's just right for breakfast.

For the price I really don’t have any complaints. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did a great job of cleaning the room daily and replacing the linens and towels as needed. It is an older property but pretty well maintained. It’s by no means a Hilton or Marriott but gets the job done.
