You will not believe the new, fully renovated Easy Breezy!! The transformation is stunning. Easy Breezy is a sound-front paradise for windsurfing, kiteboarding, fishing, and surfing where you'll enjoy some of the best riding and fishing conditions on the East Coast. Child- and dog-friendly, Easy Breezy is a picturesque and affordable waterfront spot for the whole family. The renovated home now features a magnificent Great room and entertainment center with huge picture windows offering panoramic view of the Pamlico Sound just a few feet away. The dock and the waterfront sidewalk are great places to launch windsurfing and kiteboarding adventures, tie up a boat or wave runner, fish, and just relax and enjoy waterfront living.
On the ground level are a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and board storage racks. The Great room features a 75-inch smart TV, and electric fireplace and opens to a beautiful deck with a six-person hot tub and incredible sound views. The kitchen features all-new appliances and a beautiful (huge) island gathering spot. The first and second bedrooms have new smart TVs and are convenient to a bathroom and laundry facilities. Perfect location - house needs some TLC
This house is in a great location with an easy walk or bike ride to the beach and direct access to the sound. Our family enjoyed fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming right from the house so you can't beat that for a wonderful vacation! The house allows pets which is also great for pet lovers. However, while I understand that pet friendly houses may have some signs of other pets, I was disappointed upon our arrival that the couch was completely covered with dog hair that we didn't event want to use it. The house also had several other items that were broken or not working. We reported that the dryer was broken on Monday and the realty company said that they would have an appliance person come fix it but this didn't happen before we left a week a later. Overall I would recommend this place for those that are seeking an affordable bay front house if you don't mind a house that is a bit dated and shows signs of many pet visits.
