Fantastic stay! This was not our first time in Avon, but our first time staying at this property. It was perfect for our family of five and we would definitely come back! Top ten things we loved (not in any particular order):1. Proximity to the free shuttle and to the gondola. 2. Welcome guide from the owner and responsiveness to questions.3. Kitchen was well stocked (spices, oils, storage containers, cookware, utensils, foil, baggies, dish soap, sponges, etc.)4. Bathrooms had heated floors and all toiletries were provided (Shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissue, plenty of towels).5. Ski storage right in the penthouse (closet inside).6. Boot warmers and glove dryers (this was an unexpected treat!).7. Underground parking.8. Secure and safe building (codes required).9. Proximity to the fitness center.10. Other: Beautifully decorated, Free WiFi, balcony w/great views.Our only complaint was that there was not enough snow this time (which we blame on Mother Nature). :)Thank you for making our family trip a memorable one!Highly recommend this place.

Updated and clean condo in Beaver Creek

Condo was accurately described in listing. Spacious and updated. Easy walk to gondola. Nice fitness center. Top floor was nice to have with vaulted ceilings. Great view of mountains. Wish there was a hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Seasons At Avon was a family ski vacation destination

Our condo was nice, and the bus stop to take you to Bever Creek or Vale was right outside the front door. Very convenient.

Excellent location

Great place, skiing was shut down but that’s the chance you take going this time of year. Other ski resorts were open and are short drive . Overall a great place to stay .

Beautiful condo in Avon

There were 3 couples staying at this beautiful newly renovated condo for a long weekend and we had a great time. We really appreciated the high quality of the renovation and the comfortable beds and nice linens. The condo was in a great location; close to the lake, town, restaurants, and Beaver Creek. We loved everything about it and would definitely stay again. The condo is a great set-up for families as well.

Perfect Stay

Great location...easy walk to numerous restaurants or to the shuttle up to Beaver Creek Resort. Great view from the balcony. Loved the furnishings and design of each room. Perfect floorpan with plenty of space for our family. We didn't want to leave. A/C was needed in the mid-August heat and it delivered, very comfortable. With the poor air quality from the CA and OR fires, glad we had the A/C and didn't have to depend on opening windows for some relief from the warm temperatures. Highly recommend.

Lovely condo, great location

We just wrapped up a week staying here with our two teens and it was great all around. Roomy enough that we could each get time to ourselves if we needed it, but easy to gather in the open kitchen/living room area. Everything was clean and the kitchen was especially well-stocked with equipment and dish ware. We had friends staying in a timeshare nearby but our place became the group hangout because it was so comfortable and spacious.

Delightful condo for 6

This condo was the perfect weekend getaway for three couples. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, everyone fit comfortably. We loved how the gondola to the lifts were minutes away. The underground garage fit our vehicle with ski rack and we appreciated the luggage carrier to help us check in. The condo is fairly accurate to the listing photos. It was unfortunate that the master bathroom toilet and fireplace were not working for us. TurnKey offered to look into the toilet and fireplace during our stay and we decided to let them manage it after checkout due to our short stay. Late checkout (after 10 AM) and keeping one car in the garage for longer (condo has two spaces) were things TurnKey did not support. The condo has a small kitchen (best for one-person cooking) and does not have a slow cooker. The hallway to the condo from the elevator is also an exterior hallway. As other reviews have mentioned, there is no hot tub but during COVID-era, we didn't expect hot tubs in the first place. We would consider staying here again next time we go to Beaver Creek for a weekend.

Nice property and great value!

We visited Avon/Beaver Creek for a work conference at the Westin. The Westin is across the street so the property was a great value. Perfect size for family of 5. Only issue was the guest portal indicated that we could retrieve a door code to check in and agent seemed confused abut this. You need to check in at desk. Was able to check in early but agent/front desk didn’t communicate with cleaning crew and they came in our door when we were in condo! They were apologetic and it was fine but they needed to fold and provide towels. Just a little hiccup. Also, there is not a pool/hot tub so wanted to make sure future occupants were aware. We love a hot tub after day on the slopes!

Beautiful condo!

This property is absolutely beautifully designed and you can walk to shopping, restaurants and activities. The view is also incredible. The owner has stocked the kitchen well and you have many comforts of home. The reason that I only gave four stars is because the master bed is hard as a rock. I’m thankful that we only stayed for 2 nights because my back could not have handled a 3rd night. Also there is no air conditioner and I didn’t feel safe opening my kids windows where they were easily accessed by other guests. Our family travels to this area several times a year and we would definitely stay here again if the mattress was replaced and in a cooler month.
