With four generous bedrooms including a dedicated bunk room, two separate living areas, and a large entertainer’s deck, this is the perfect base for a luxury coastal holiday.

The Space:
Enjoy sweeping lake views from both levels of this beautifully renovated family home. A short, flat walk takes you to the beach, cafés, shops, park, and lake.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas flow effortlessly to a spacious deck with a 10-seater dining table and relaxed lounge seating. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a Nespresso pod machine, Soda Stream, induction cooktop, and oven.

The top floor features:

• Separate media room with two workspaces

Downstairs:
