Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Casita was the perfect place for our brother to stay during our family reunion. It was spacious but at the same time cozy. He loved being able to walk to the beach in a short 3 minutes. The bed was very comphy and having the couch to sit on made it easy to be comfortable when not sleeping.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seamless experience from check in to check out. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Lots of closet space, bathroom well appointed. Nice to have a separate sitting area. Property managers attentive and responsive. Terry and Kathleen made sure our packages were delivered and waiting upon arrival and we also were notified an early check in time was available. The only thing missing was a freezer. Suggest replacing the wine storage with a freezer. Great stay!

Cozy Casita Close With a View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One cannot help but relax while staying at the Casita in Avila Beach. The kitchenette is set up with coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator and wine fridge. It’s the perfect set up for those who would rather eat meals out than cook. It is only a couple of blocks from the beautiful downtown area and gorgeous beach. From the front windows of the Casita there is a view of the ocean and at night the soothing sounds of waves crashing in on the surf become a lullaby.The Casita exterior is beautiful and the interior is modern and very clean. The walk in closet is very large and the spacious and beautifully tiled bathroom feels like Spain.This is a little gem and I’m so glad we found it for our much needed vacation and rest from our normally busy lives.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was convenient to town and beach. Staff were helpful. Home was clean; however, amenities were not what we are used to when renting. Would not be good for long term stay. No place to cook and no ice. No washer/dryer. Minimal kitchen. Also, they allotted your toilet paper usage! And, no kleenex.
