Wir haben uns im Haus Andrea in Aventoft von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in der Küche findet man alles, was man benötigt…bis auf scharfe Messer. (Aber das ist eigentlich in allen Ferienhäusern so) Die Lage ist zwar direkt an der Straße, die aber nur wenig befahren ist. Das Grundstück ist klein, dafür aber komplett eingezäunt. Man kann seinen Hund sehr entspannt draußen laufen lassen. Direkt vor der Haustür bieten sich einige Möglichkeiten für Gassi-Runden, das Nolde-Museum ist fussläufig etwa 20 Minuten entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Aufenthalt in Rosenkranz

Das Haus ist sehr schön gestaltet und es ist wirklich gepflegt. Die Einrichtung sieht auch modern aus. Der Garten wurde mit ansprechenden Möbeln und Dekorationen ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft ist für den Urlaub mit dem Hund geeignet. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann sehr gut die verschiedenen Inseln erreichen. Die Städte in der Nähe besitzen ein nordisches Flair. Das Haus ist immer wieder zu empfehlen.

Ein tolles, sehr gemütliches Haus!! Alles da, was man braucht. Ideal gelegen für Ausflüge nach Dänemark oder an Nord- und Ostsee!! Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Außentüren! Eine konnten wir überhaupt nicht öffnen, die andere ließ sich nicht wirklich schließen. Aber das tat dem Urlaub jetzt wirklich keinen Abbruch.

Das Ferienhaus ist schön geräumig und gut durchdacht in der Ausstattung und Aufteilung, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit einem hübschen, komplett eingezäunten Garten. Die Lage direkt an der Straße stört kaum. Wir waren nun allerdings zur Erntezeit dort und die Landwirte mussten die gute Wetterphase zur Getreideernte nutzen. Entsprechend war viel Verkehr durch Landmaschinen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Umgebung und ganz besonders die Spaziergänge auf dem Nolde-Weg genossen, ebenso Ausflüge an die Strände in Dänemark. Einzige Bemängelungen: Das Sofa ist schon reichlich durchgessen (dennoch gemütlich) und die Gaderobe ist erst im hinteren Teil des Hauses eingerichtet. Dadurch ist der Wohnbereich gemütlicher, aber mit nassen Schuhen und Jacken (und Hundeleinen usw.) etwas umständlich mit der Ablage. Die Abdeckung über der Spüle ist aus unserer Sicht nicht notwendig, wenn nicht sogar im Alltag störend, da sie zur Nutzung des Wasserhahns hochgeklappt werden muss und somit das Fenster dahinter verdeckt.
