First off, this location is gorgeous! It was an amazing experience to stay at Hamilton Cove in Tom's condo. So peaceful to look out over the beautiful blue Pacific. The decent-sized, heated pool is steps away. Don't count on the hot tub - it was closed by the city due to Ph levels being off. Six-passenger golf cart is great to get back into town! No restrictions on the golf cart as far as I saw.I feel it's essential to write about the stairs associated with this condo. I don't see it listed anywhere. About 30 steps up to get to the condo front door. Two steps in the unit down to the living area and each bedroom. One step at each end of the galley kitchen. The in-unit steps were an issue for the less-mobile people in our part, especially at night when they were less visible.Fitness center (also down steps!) was adequate but no signal/wi-fi there. Public beach at the bottom of the hill/steps. No beach sand, but nice location with sandy play/picnic area nearby. 3 TVs, 1 DVD player, 2 board games. There is NO T-Mobile cell coverage in the unit. Minimal coverage down by the beach. Great wi-fi signal in the living area but none in the primary bedroom/bathroom. The lamp outlets and light switches were weird, but maybe they can label things in the future. It was nice to have a few spices & condiments available as well as dish/laundry detergent. Great furnishings, comfy beds/bedding.Would definitely return, without elderly parents for whom the steps were the challenge.
