The property was unclean with mouse droppings in the room floor and the sofa bed. However the front office staff was polite and nice and worked with me to cancel by reservation

The large tv swivels so that you can watch it from the couch or from bed which I liked a lot. The suite was spacious, comfy, and clean. My only complaint is that the covid era brown bag breakfast was really sad and disappointing.

Well equipped room, clean with all fittings and furnishings in good condition - the only downside was that there was a definte tobacco smell to the room, even though it was supposed to be a fully non-smoking facility. The reception desk said they didn't know how this could be. Loved the long sofa in the room for reading and the ability of the TV to swing to either the sofa or the bed. The bathtub was a little too shallow for a proper bath. One weird thing that happened was I put the do no not disturb sign out because I wanted chill on s Saturday in my jammies - but the staff took the sign away in the afternoon and insisted on entering to clean. Maybe because it's s Mormon hotel ?... Weird.

Staff are very friendly. They had items like toothbrushes and blankets ready at the front desk.

I like Kitchen, refrigerator, more room, sofa beds

All the employees were friendly and very helpful. The location was great. Tons of shops and restaurants close by.

Very helpful staff. Particularly the Hispanic workers. Anything i needed i was helped with.

You can hear all your neighbors conversations and other activities

Great location and staff. Hotel is tucked away off of 360 and is very close to major highways (183 and Mopac). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was super clean and quiet.

Great place to stay in Austin. Staffs are very friendly ^^

Great hotel for great price! Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room had plenty of space, comfortable bed, good shower and convenient kitchenette. Location includes convenient access to MOPAC, Hwy 183, the Domain and all Arboretum-area stores and restaurants. Cost was highly competitive for the level of comfort and convenience afforded by the hotel.

TV never worked - even after complaining - was told it was due to a storm that had gone through - but it was the wiring connection. If you moved it or held it, you would get reception. Bathroom shower leaked tremendously - we had over an inch of water even though there was a drain. NO counter space in the bathroom - even though it was a handicapp room, I have been to several that had a counter so you could pull the wheel chair up to it. NO place in the bath room to sit your clothes or tolietries without them getting wet! Personnel was sweet in nature, but nothing got done while we were there. Worst Marriott we have been to.

We've never stayed at an extended stay hotel before, but this truly felt like home. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the hotel was a lot closer to downtown that we realized - which was great because it didn't take us long to get to the places we love to visit.

We visited with family and friends. There is a great little train called sofie that is inexpensive and great for the kids that is located in nearby Cedar Park
