Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

The house was fantastic. The only thing that was unfortunate is the parking was not big enough for both of our large vehicles. Other than that, the kitchen was well provisioned, there was plenty of space.
