South Congress Tiny House Jewel!

South Congress Avenue, the hippest street in Austin and home to the best restaurants and locally owned funky shops! You can't get any closer to the bustling South Congress, yet the house is nestled in a quiet leafy oasis making it a serene lodging. Just a few of South Congress' highlights are Vespaio Ristorante, June's All Day, Tiny Grocer, Allen's Boots and SO MUCH MORE! Steps in the other direction will take you to South First Street home to famed restaurants such as Lenoir, Bouldin Creek Cafe, Elizabeth Street Cafe, La Patisserie, and Dolce Neve. There's little need for a car as night life is steps away at the storied Continental Club and C-Boy's Heart & Soul. Both feature the best of roots music and are regularly recognized nationally for the top notch musicians they attract and feature.

This exquisite masterpiece of the Tiny House movement will stun you with its artful and conscientious construction. The sides and walls are constructed of locally sourced cedar and the main house flooring is treated cork. No detail has been overlooked in its design and execution from the plethora of windows (17!) to the pitched roof, both of which lend the interior a sense of space and light. The sleeping loft is equally comfortable and spacious feeling thanks to the pitched roof and windows that give occupants the feeling of sleeping among the tree tops! The comfortable queen sized mattress has room on either side for access and storage of personal items and personal reading lights allow for comfortable reading in bed.The loft is access via a sliding ladder making this house suitable for the physically abled only.

The main floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living space with smart TV and a bathroom with shower, toilet and a gorgeous marble sink. Throughout the house are hooks for hanging personal items and clothing.

The house is heated and cooled by a state of the art split ductless unit with remote control. The remarkably efficient and quiet unit allows you control the temperature and oscillation for maximum comfort. Ample outlets and charging outlets will keep your personal devices ready for use at any time.

Gorgeous pendant lights and artful sconces are controlled via a dimmer switch and a runner of ambient lighting recessed in the crown moulding encircles the house with inviting light that glows in the evening. This is truly a jewel of a Tiny House!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, a safe, and a desk.
