Our group had a very disappointing stay due to poor property management and a complete lack of response from the owners.The Issues:Check-in/Tech: We were locked out for an hour upon arrival and plagued by an automated system sending false checkout messages. Only a few of the TVs worked and many remotes had dead or missing batteries.Cleanliness: The trash dumpster was full when we arrived, and the freezer was dirty with old ice and debris. The pool was dirty as well with an empty chlorine dispenser.Maintenance: The fire pit propane was empty, bathroom towel hooks fell off the walls, and the living room table was unstable/tipping off its frame. The pool is also smaller than the listing photos suggest.Essentials: No basic supplies like trash bags or dishwasher pods were provided.Most disappointingly, the host completely ignored our private outreach regarding these issues. We were left to manage a poorly maintained property ourselves with no support. I cannot recommend this stay.
