This was our second time staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cedar Park North Austin, and it definitely won’t be our last! We came back because of our great first experience, and this visit was just as wonderful. The location is perfect — close to everything, including shopping, restaurants, and with easy access to the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park, which makes it especially convenient if you’re in town for an event or game. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. They even have super fluffy towels in the bathroom! It’s always reassuring when a hotel delivers the same excellent experience twice. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Cedar Park area!

These folks told us upon arrival that the pet fee was $75 and on top of that charged us for taxes as if the pet was a human being. If we had not pre-paid for the room we’d have walked out. We’re accustomed to $20-$25 dollars with no taxes but what these folks have done amounts to larceny. The hotel itself was just fine but their business tactics were despicable in our opinion. We’ll Never stay here again
