We have stayed at many of candlewood suites and this one was definitely not to par of others we have stayed at. It started at check in (great staff! Top Notch) however we did not get the room we booked a month ago due to a ‘system upgrade’. While room was clean it was missing its smoke detector (wires hanging out of the ceiling) and also the window was broken. I know nornally these places are maintained however this felt bland, the elevator also needs to be greased it made lots of noise and I feel sorry for those whose room was next to the elevator. We will continue to use candlewood suites, however we will not stay at this particular property again. I do want to emphasize that the staff was great, no issues there!!

The blow dryer in the room is connected to the wall. When I turned it on it started sparking and felt like I was holding a weed eater it was shaking so bad. The drain in the shower did not work. We had to rig it to stay open and shower. Also, there is no breakfast offered at this hotel.

Run.,, do not stay here. Smoking throughout the hotel, not just weed and not just cigarettes. Disgusting, roaches, mold and smell in general. Management is terrible, broken elevator. Staff is very unprofessional. Smoking and on FaceTime calls. Overall terrible stay. Get better IHG. Get to your properties and observe.

There was a cockroach crawling on the kitchen counter. The bathtub faucet was barely functioning, and the tub bottom had ground-in grime. The elevator was decrepit and needed serious maintenance The room carpet appeared dirty. I stayed two nights and couldn't wait to get out of my room after seeing the cockroach on my second morning. No doubt the entire building has cockroaches!
