The hotel is in a great location off the interstate. The check in was fast and the room was clean. We came to town for a concert at Cedar Park and it was one exit up. Overall I would say we got out monies worth and had a great visit.

I was travelling alone (as a mom) with my two children, and we felt completely safe and at home during our stay here. We've spent the last month hopping from one hotel to the next and this Holiday Inn Express beat all the competition in our book. There was absolutely no smell to our room and the cleanliness was apparent the second we walked in our room. To make it even better, the staff was always friendly, smiling, and happy to help. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel a hundred times over!
This hotel was wonderful. It is within walking distance of many shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel was extremely clean. Despite being located on a busy street and right next to a major highway I never heard any outside noise. I also didn't hear any other guest . For the first time that I can remember I actually slept all night. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioner is preset with a timer, set to shut off during the night and a thermostat control. You can not cool off the room to your liking. Other that that it was great.
The holiday inn met all of our needs for our annual basketball trip to Austin. Although we had a 30min drive to our daily destination our stay was exceptional!!! Thank u.
My only complaint about this hotel is the water softener. If you like taking 30 minutes to get the soap off, it probably won't bother you. Just washing your hands and trying to get the soap off was a real challenge. I am used to a harder water and instant soap removal. Other than that, the fitness room and business facilities were awesome, the variety of breakfast foods was more than sufficient to meet anyone's appetite, and the location was perfect and very close to my destination at Cedar Park Center. The room was ample sized, the bed was comfortable - the only complaint I have is the water and that is just my own personal preference and what I am used to.
The hotel was nice, but the real surprise was how great the staff was. We missed breakfast the first day after waiting all night for a baby, and they called and let us know they would hold breakfast for us. They were so kind and friendly, we would definitely stay there again. Every person we encountered, the front desk, the housekeepers, the maintenance man, and the lady working breakfast, were happy and helpful, and that makes your time away from home so pleasant. Good job making customer service your number one priority.
This hotel and it's staff were absolutely fantastic. They were so helpful with directions, food suggestions, and just down right friendly. If all the hotels in this chain are like this one, it's my new place to stay, wherever I go.
Damp Rooms -- Due to inadequate ventilation in bathroom, moisture accumulation made our room (carpet and bedding) damp and smelled of mildew (and strong cleansers). There was also a lot of noise from the A/C and from the bath exhaust fan from the room below us.
We enjoyed the quiet once we were in our room. We didn't hear doors opening and closing during the evening. The breakfast bar was very nice with plenty of different foods.
I have had better stays at Holiday Inn Express. The shower was too short to really enjoy those great showerheads. The bathroom was so small we had to stepout of the bathroom to change our minds.When we needed to ask for something at the front desk on Friday evening there was NO ONE around. We waited in the lobby 10 minutes but no one showed up. For a king size bed more than two pillows would have been nice. The breakfast was good as usual and the cinnamon rolls were good.
