Quiet clean wonderful experience. Peaceful site great value. Hidden gem near the airport. Would definitely stay here again

We had 2 rooms reserved at this hotel. At check in, housekeeping had some work to do on both rooms. Room #1- hair on the sink, used towel on the counter, multiple hairs in bed. Room #2- large yellow stain in sheets, blood on edge of bed, blood on the side of the bed!! The guests should've talked to the front desk right then and there but are traveling on business so decided to leave and get another hotel room. The next day we tried to get our money back. Since we booked through a 3rd party, we tried to get it resolved through them. The manager, Heidi, didn't believe us and after "investigating" she said they would not reimburse for anything, at all and without any type of explanation. After that we called the hotel directly and sent an email with pictures to prove the experience. After not hearing for 24 hours, I had to call again to follow up. Heidi, basically accused the guests of lying and said the pictures were not taken at that hotel. Why would they have any reason to lie? I can understand having pride in your hotel but if someone reports and has proof; at some point you have to take ownership and apologize. She did none of this and wouldn't even reimburse for the second night that they clearly weren't there. She said it was because of a 2 night minimum rule. Well every rule has exceptions especially in customer service. Be aware of this place and make sure that you don't have any type of complaint; they will in so many words call you a liar!

This was a great place to stay. The staff seems to take great pride in their work and it was a restful, peaceful stay!

We stayed in a two bedroom suite while attending a conference in Austin. It was comfortable, the people friendly and the food healthy. I would stay there again.

Easy access from major highways. Quiet Environment They have taken a 1970s era apartment complex and converted it to a very comfortable well maintained hotel. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff. Well run hotel

The rooms need a little updating, but for the time that you're in there they are fine. Love the full kitchen,

Check-in was a breeze. Our 1 bedroom was spacious. Living room area was nice. Pool area was charming. Overall we were very satisfied and would stay here again. Only negative was the breakfast. I was served a hard and over done biscuit, the eggs were not good. I did like the veggie sausage, which is the only thing I ate. They have other things like pastries, but I was I wanted hot breakfast.

The best part of the stay here was probably the breakfast and social. Made to order breakfast felt very farm to table with fresh and local ingredients. My favorite was the open faced spinach and egg sandwich. The rooms are former one-room apartments complete with separate living room & kitchen from the bedroom. The units are a bit dated but are very comfortable. Feels like home. The hotel location is pretty close to the CapMetro bus stops to downtown and the rail which was our main mode of transportation for our trip. I would stay here again if I wanted a quiet get away

Spacious two room suite with well equipped kitchen. There were even two TVs. Our room was close to the pool yet still quiet. The wine/beer Happy Hour was a nice touch as were the accompanying snacks. The choice of three fresh cooked breakfasts was a surprise as well

Wonderful staff . Rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable. Only complaint was 2 nd room upstairs was very stuffy/hot as AC did not get upstairs.

Very nice atmosphere and lots of space in the rooms. The pool was lovely, the staff was helpful, and the room was nicely laid out.

We loved the location and set up. Breakfast staff are amazing and friendly. Eco-friendly and organic breakfast choices are great. Rooms need to be upgraded but the layout is perfect, and room was clean. We are disappointed that it's not a chain as we would want to stay on other vacations.

The cons: not enough light in the room, lack of electrical outlets. Reading the other comments, I brought a power strip. The pros: the staff is outstanding, the place is very quiet, the breakfast is very good, they are generous with the drinks at happy hour, free parking (in the shade), no chemicals used in the rooms, nice pool albeit small, free wifi everywhere, free printing of boarding passes, if you have a do not disturb sign they truly do not disturb you.

The good: 2 bedroom/2 bathroom available full kitchen hot breakfast pleasant staff clean eco-friendly easy access in and out with no lobbies to walk through ample parking easy access to I35 and other routes. The bad: old (the facility as well as the furnishings, which just seem worn) small rooms really hard, uncomfortable bed pillows no sound privacy, so that even with 2 bedrooms, the sound carries from one room to another with practically no limit based on description, I had expected grounds with nature areas -- not true second floor rooms with no elevator (okay except with luggage!) must have car. Conclusion: satisfactory and affordable for suites. Would recommend only with warning of what to expect.

We wish we could have stayed longer, as we were just getting to know Austin. Habitat Suites was a great place to stay, with excellent access to public transportation. We had a rental car to go further afield, but always looked forward to coming back to the hotel suite, which was roomy and comfortable and ecofriendly.

Random location, good staff, big rooms, looks to be a former apartment building

Huge bed, pull out couch, perfect for all of my friends! It could be a little cleaner, but for $100 and one night, close to our event, it couldn't be better.

It was a great experience, felt like living in an apartment. Great breakfast! Staff was polite.

Hotel was great. Loved the staff. Very friendly and above and beyond helpful. We went to see Ben Howard and do some shopping. The entire hotel had a very hipster vibe to it. Lots of fun!!

I paid for 2 night stay at this hotel and I only stayed for 12 hours. The staff was great, but the room was utterly disgusting. I read the reviews and the reviews stated it was a little dated but that the hotel was clean. Lets start with the bathtub, the bottom of the tub was blackish brown, the linens were so worn that the sheets were transparent and the bed was a sink hole. I will never stay here again.
