Much Noise! Bed is horrible! Breakfast is not good at all.

I will definitely come back to this hotel, it was super close to downtown, right off the service road. Great price! It was super easy to book and they had everything ready to go, very clean and the staff was very nice. Plus the coffee was just right!!

The room was clean and recently updated. Still a musty smell as it is an old facility and still felt like an old Motel 6 despite the new paint and fixtures. They did a good job to make it feel modern. There was a lot of Highway noise that can really bother some people and I could hear a few conversations outside. Also, street lights filtered into the room and it was difficult to get the room dark enough for a good sleep. The beds sunk in the middle and felt a little more like sleeping in a hammock rather than on a mattress. I would not want to stay more than one or two nights. Great proximity to the Capital and University though. You can get to a lot of destinations without having to mess with I35 and that is a huge plus.

If you're looking for a place to just spend the night, the Days Inn works great. It's located in a convenient spot right across or very close from the main attractions in downtown Austin. The outside looks old and not well maintained but the rooms are clean and smell fine. Sleeping is hard because is right next to the main highway, so there's always car noises. Not the place to go if you're a light sleeper. They give complementary breakfast, that's always a plus.

The Staff is great, keeps attention to any needs and is very proactive. The position of the hotel is very good, in 10 min you can arrive everywhere. The room is clean and comfortable, great bed. In the same block there is a restaurant with good food.

This hotel is very convenient to downtown. It is an easy on, easy off to the highway. We stayed in the upgraded king and it was large, comfortable and very clean., The facility is older, but the convenience of the hotel, the pleasant staff and the cleanliness makes it a great find. It's right next door to an excellent cafe.

This hotel is a little rough around the edges, but the staff is kind and helpful. My room included a microwave, fridge and a coffee pot. The TV was big, but only got a fraction of the channels listed on the hotel channel guide. Compared to other hotels in downtown, this is a lot less expensive, but it's showing it's age.

The room is small. I guess it is why it is called a Motel. I had to call for maintenance to help with the tv and refrigerator, but the lady was knowledgeable and got them working, but could not turn the tv off so we had to mute it. Very small room for my taste but to sleep there, it was fine. I would stay there again as the price was right but not a first choice. No real complaints except for size. I went to work at 4am and the place was lit up, so I felt safe. Took a while to get acclimated, but I did and we ordered food in.

The staff was busy talking. I ended up Waiting about 5 mins before he clocked in and assisted me

I-35 runs right through your room... If the noise was not so loud, the hotel would be good.

the staff was very helpful and the location was great, but way too expensive vs local competitors I've stayed at

I waited too long to book a room and ended up staying here for one night. If you just need a bed to sleep in and a bathroom to get ready this place will suffice. The decor is outdated but it did have a flat screen TV. Maybe they will remodel soon and update their look both inside and out.

. The room was clean and well maintained. It was near the University of Texas. I could walk to to the main campus in about 15-20 minutes. The hotel is right next to/below I35, I could look out the window of my second floor room and see the underside of I35. The air conditioning was a wall unit that stayed on the entire time I was there and I did not hear the cars on I35. The front desk and staff were friendly and very helpful. For the cost it was an excellent choice.

My wife and I came for our daughter's graduation at the University of Austin. The hotel's location could hardly be any better (about 1.2 miles from the UT campus). While it is not a luxury hotel, it served the purpose of our visit just fine. The room was clean, with a fridge, microwave, and in-room coffeemaker. Also, complimentary continental breakfast is a nice addition to the value.

We had an awesome weekend staying at this hotel. It was in a perfect location to the event we were attending

when we arrived everythig seemed ok we we to eat dinner right across the street came back to shower then wanted to go out into Austin to go watch a movie an we wanted to leave our value belongings in the Safe an the safe was broken we went to manager an she said maintness guy had left for the night so we could go out an then realized the cable tv was not working either He fixed t in the morning. At 930 an had to leave by 11 not good

The listing indicated that the hotel was 'downtown.' It is not. It is 2 miles from downtown. I paid $300 for this basic motel thinking it was downtown. I wanted something close. I could have save $150 by going another mile or two and end up with the same inconvenience.

I booked this hotel for my visiting parents, they liked the coziness ofbthe hotel. So I guess it is pretty good.

I was surprised the outside looked rundown. The beds were totally comfortable. It had extras that made you overlook the negatives like the outside noise due to the location. It was right off a Major Interstate. There continental breakfast was good.

Can't beat the location, a short walk to UT. The air conditioner was a window unit and made a lot of noise. The mattress should have been replaced years ago. But there are not too many options for this price in the neighborhood.
