The heat\AC unit didn't work. The in room coffee pot didn't work. My towels weren't changed. The carpet was dirty.

The staff were wonderful. They property is average.

There were roaches here and the sheets / linen were used. We didn't have time to ask for new ones as we were out the entire time anyway so we ended up leaving it on the ground.

This property was fine for a budget stay. The room was small, but it was quiet. The free breakfast was reasonable. The front desk staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Small rooms. Could not get accessible room. Need more rooms that are accessible.

It smells like mod when you walk in . In the restroom you can see the wall saging and the shower walls had big dark stains like if it’s a leak . The reason I pick this place was because it was close to the Texas board of plumbing examiners .

Location good..signage to find was Terri me even for Uber. An older facility that is in need of a facelift.

We could not use the bath tub. Asked for some sort of reimbursement, but they could not seem to care less.

Convenient to downtown and for UT events. Next door to a classic full service restaurant and near a grocery store. The room has excellent TV, micro-wave and a refrigerator for longer stays, a desk, land line and wireless. The breakfast is available early, with coffee and some items part of the day. The room is clean and comfortable, enjoy your stay.

Considering airport area, it is a very neat place. Room was very clean and spacious even family of 4 or 5 could fit in. Recommend for people staying close to airport

This place actually exceeded expectations - really comfortable bed and room was clean. They have been updating rooms which is nice.

Much Noise! Bed is horrible! Breakfast is not good at all.

I will definitely come back to this hotel, it was super close to downtown, right off the service road. Great price! It was super easy to book and they had everything ready to go, very clean and the staff was very nice. Plus the coffee was just right!!

The room was clean and recently updated. Still a musty smell as it is an old facility and still felt like an old Motel 6 despite the new paint and fixtures. They did a good job to make it feel modern. There was a lot of Highway noise that can really bother some people and I could hear a few conversations outside. Also, street lights filtered into the room and it was difficult to get the room dark enough for a good sleep. The beds sunk in the middle and felt a little more like sleeping in a hammock rather than on a mattress. I would not want to stay more than one or two nights. Great proximity to the Capital and University though. You can get to a lot of destinations without having to mess with I35 and that is a huge plus.

If you're looking for a place to just spend the night, the Days Inn works great. It's located in a convenient spot right across or very close from the main attractions in downtown Austin. The outside looks old and not well maintained but the rooms are clean and smell fine. Sleeping is hard because is right next to the main highway, so there's always car noises. Not the place to go if you're a light sleeper. They give complementary breakfast, that's always a plus.

The Staff is great, keeps attention to any needs and is very proactive. The position of the hotel is very good, in 10 min you can arrive everywhere. The room is clean and comfortable, great bed. In the same block there is a restaurant with good food.

This hotel is very convenient to downtown. It is an easy on, easy off to the highway. We stayed in the upgraded king and it was large, comfortable and very clean., The facility is older, but the convenience of the hotel, the pleasant staff and the cleanliness makes it a great find. It's right next door to an excellent cafe.
