The front desk staffs' service are too bad. They printed wrong names on receipts. After check-out, they refused to make changes, and very rude to customers!

Very friendly . rooms were very clean.. Was there for a wedding .. Food was excellent in buffet.

Gave me a different room then I ordered and it had a broken bed.

Great service and felt safe throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Very very nice hotel, beautiful and clean room. I would definitely stay here again .

The staff was excellent. Our room had a smell when first walked in.

We arrived at night and we're ready to get in bed. We weren't able to because when we pulled back the bed sheets there was hair all over the bed sheets, in a bed that was made. The floor also looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. We asked for another room and Penny at the front desk did a great job in switching our rooms and getting us a clean non smoking room. Unfortunately, it smelled of smoke, which we were quick to tell staff because we don't smoke and didn't want that charge. Penny was ready to move us again, but we stayed in there, we were exhausted as it was already midnight. Once we got a new room (minus smoke smell), the rest was good.

Our room smelled like cigarettes which was a non smoking room, rooms our tiny & the breakfast dinning was ridiculously expensive not worth it at all. The staff was very friendly & helpful

This was a last minute option. Great location. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Needed a place for the night as I was just passing through. Did the job.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, and lounge was decent. I have no complaints and the staff was great.

Check-in was painless. Lobby was clean. Parts of the parking lot are dark at night, but it mostly feels safe. Room was clean, everything stocked (coffee maker, iron, towels, trash, toilet paper, soaps, etc.) Breakfast buffet was acceptable, though short-staffed for a bit. Once all team members arrived, it was a good breakfast service. Only issue during this stay was the smell of smoking coming through the bathroom vent from the room next door (our floor was non-smoking). One call to the front desk was needed, and then everything was fine. I would stay here with my family again.

The hotel was great; expect the alarm went off 3 AM, soon stopped. Thought it was the next room. Again the lites and claxson was sounding off. Call the desk - sorry probably the wind caused the alarm to go off. At check-off the desk know nothing. Since it wasn't booked through us can't do anything. Gave me two free coffee coupons. Over priced dino !

I stayed at this hotel for a whole week while visiting Austin for the first time. It was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking to visit Austin.

The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were nice but it could use some improvement. 1. Don't take the 'complimentary breakfast' seriously. Whether this is a misunderstanding on the website's part or the hotel put out the wrong message, there is no complimentary breakfast unless you're on the executive floor. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the supposed complimentary breakfast so that it'd make it easy to grab a bite before heading out for the stuff we had planned for the weekend. Our first morning we came down to the breakfast area and asked about what parts of the buffet were complimentary and the hostess told us unless we were on the 7th/executive floor, we would have to pay $7.00 for the muffins, juices, etc. and on a per item basis for the grill. When I showed the hostess that our ticket had complimentary breakfast included, she simply said that those were the rules and couldn't do anything about it. 2. We checked out around 11a on Sunday and about 2p I noticed I accidentally left my kindle behind so I called the front desk. While speaking to the front desk, they told me that without the 'lost/found manager' they couldn't give me any information because they couldn't access the stuff in lost and found. I explained that it was from just a few hours ago and who could I speak to that would receive these things until Monday. They let me know there wasn't anyone else, just this guy, which didn't make sense to me. So I left a message Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Finally Tuesday I get a call back and was told there wasn't any kindle. I'd expected that answer but when I asked if they could double check between the chair cushions where I was reading they let me know that they would have already checked and if it's not in his office, it's not there. Without even getting the room number he left me know that the room has been occupied since so it was now out of his hands, which sounded quite impossible to pin point my room without any mention of it. It would have been nice to at least have some reassurance, even if they didn't really do it, that they did everything they could to help me out. Would I stay this hotel again? No, unfortunately not. Could it have been a much worse stay? Definitely a yes but knowing there are better options out there, I won't be returning.

Hotel in bad location. The heating system was hard to get temp set. Shower in bath not working proper.

Excellent check in and check out. Immaculate room though well-worn (office chair back broken). Easy to find location on interstate with convenient access to downtown Austin. Had to point out advertised complimentary breakfast and was given voucher for members of my party.

Customer service was great. The internet sucks wish it was an indoor pool.

Location is very convenient and my stay was great!

The price was really right for a Crown Plaza for our over the holidays stay. The stuff was very pleasant and accommodating. They changed our room when we complained about noise from a nearby side exit door. There are cartridge loaded coffee makers in each room but my wife is a tea drinker and they did not provide tea capability. Otherwise generally a okay experience.
