Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Backing to the Point Venture Golf Couse, you can relax in the outdoor sitting area under the shade. Lots of Green Space and beautiful trees on the backyard. The house has been recently remodeled, and is fully equipped for you to enjoy a relaxing weekend getaway at the lake. When booking, you will have acces to the Point Venture parks and amenities. The house is located in a safe, quite neighborhood. You will not be disappointed.

2 Cozy Townhomes next to each other. Each Townhome sleeps 9 people for a total of 18 people and both offer a wonderful Golf Course View and access to the Lake.

Nice, Cozy Townhome with lots of deer

We celebrated my Mom's 76th Birthday and celebrated my nephew's high school graduation. This property backs up to the golf course that has a lot of deer roaming the area. The Caddy Shack restaurant was very convenient for food and drinks! We spent the majority of our time at Venture Point Sunset Club sandy beach. We rented golf carts to get around the property. Great place for family fun and R&R. We will be back soon! Sara was our host and we absolutely loved the hospitality. She is very helpful and informative.
