The bathroom wasn't as clean as should be expected. There were ants around the room.

We were mostly pleased with the stay. The facility is clean and fresh seeming. Bed was very comfortable. With a car, it is convenient to downtown, UT, convention center, etc. The housekeeping staff was new so there were minor issues. (We hung towels on the towel bars to be "eco friendly" but the housekeeper removed hand towels without replacing them. Also, coffee was not replaced. Hotel staff addressed these issues quickly.

Breakfast close at 9:30 and very limited breakfast choices. The staff at the bar (on 03/16) was extremely impolite and unhelpful when we asked her for advice on where to eat. The pool looked extremely dirty.

The room was ok but without maintenance and an example is also that the kleenex box was in the bathroom and all the tissues were wet, the air con very noisy, we had to turn it off

Staff was rude and the bathroom was not well maintained. Would not stay at this hotel ever again. The room temp was either very hot or very cold. There bed was comfortable

We stayed at this hotel because it was in "university area" it was not. Our room had mold and a terrible smell. They moved us to a new room where the water in tub ran all nightand we woke up to roaches on the wall above our bed. We cut our 2 day stay short despite calling marriott rewards customer service who was not helpful or concerned about the state of their hotel

I came here with my boyfriend to hang out in Austin and celebrate 7 years together and it was a nice hotel. It was clean, the clerk even extended our stay for free and checked on us to see if we had any complaints. It was a nice stay and I recommend anyone to stay here!

We traveled to Austin to take in the Round of 16 volleyball tournament. We wanted a place in the vicinity of Texas University. The Courtyard by Marriott fit the bill. It had a nice lounge area on the main floor. It also had a dining area but we did not use that on this trip. Our room was clean with most amenities we needed. And the price was right!

Everything was great! I do wish they had a complimentary breakfast or a grab and go.

Pay close attention to entry - small and small markings! Good parking. Friendly, helpful staff. This is all I want to say. If it's not enough, I'm logging out. Why a minimum # of words?

I enjoyed everything about this hotel except for the square fluffy pillows. They didn't have any normal sized pillows on the bed. I woke up with a stiff neck, and I'm only 30!

People were sketchy. For the price I'd stay elsewhere.

I loved the king size bed in my room so much I bought one today from New York. Same bed from my hotel. Thank you :)

Worst experience I've ever had checking in. It took 40 mins to get into a room. She kept saying "when you use third party to book, it messes up our system" I have never had any issue using a third party before. Since the room was prepaid, they needed a card for in incidentals. Woke up to a hold of $240. The woman at the desk had charged me for the room again. Luckily the woman working front desk was able to fix the night shift's mistake. The hotel was ok. Nothing special.

Clean and friendly hotel. Great service although the meal service could have been better. I will stay there again a fair price for a good room

A bigger bathroom. A hot tub. Great people. For the money - stay somewhere else. They are getting ready to renovate. Will that enlarge the bathroom? Will that install a hot tub?

Nice and clean room and the bathroom. The sofa bed was comfortable for kids to sleep in. We needed something to spend the night only and this was a functional, clean and nice hotel. Location was great right on the highway and a short drive to downtown. Would have liked a free continental breakfast but there a plenty of options right outside.

Paid for my room a week in advance spoke w a jasmine to confirm my reservation said it was booked and the would just charge my card $20 i get the hotel a lady saw i had a reservation says shes would charge my card $40----okay, i thought .... swipes my card swipes my card twice the next morning i check my bank account come to see she swiped my card for two charges of $40 and a $180 charge call down stairs spoke with a kendra she apologized says she would get it fixed well few days later i see another charge for $256.68 thats when i called again spoke with a el Salvador who was really nice i might add... says he get back to my account didnt see anything a few days later the called and spoke Hector who is supposedly the assistant GM he also apologized says he would call me back in hour no call

Everything was perfect except the room didn't have a microwave or a refrigerator.

When you need a quick get-away from the daily hustle-and-bustle this is a great place to go. The rooms are clean, the beds comfy, and the staff helpful.
