Such a great place to stay. We have been to Austin 5 times and always stay here.. Rainey St. walkable good food and drinks. A short uber ride downtown. Staff is great, rooms are amazing. Wouldn't stay anywhere else..

The place was great, room was clean and location was awesome. Half Step bar next door has great cocktails. The only bad thing is it seems to be in disrepair like they are not doing maintenance very well. Painters tape on the smoke detector with paint on it, shower drain cover leaning against the shower wall, bathroom door lock broken and not even attached to the wall somebody ripped it out i guess. Yet there is an amazing Bluetooth mirror to play music.

We had a great stay! Rainey street is a block away and we were able to walk to multiple different food and bar locations. Room was clean and ac was cold. There was some weird rust colored liquid coming through the tile in the bathroom which was concerning but there was no smell associated with it and it was an extremely slow leak. We placed a towel over the floor and went about our day.
