Building needs to be updated but it was a nice stay. Clean rooms, decent breakfast with eggs, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches and toast. Stayed for the eclipse and was lucky enough to reserve way ahead of time at a good price. Everything else around town was 3x the regular rate so I was happy to have found this spot.

Convenient location being right off 35. Staff was friendly, room was clean. It's an older property, so normal signs of age, but nothing unsightly or inconvenient. Was not a fan of all the noise outside or door at 6am from other people staying there, but I guess that's to be expected being right next to the stairs. Would stay here again but ask for a room further away.
PRICE/OVERALL:For the price point perfect. I needed a place close to a training center & didn’t want to drive in traffic every day so this was the perfect spot it was clean, safe, quiet, well lit, & free breakfast all for under 70 bucks can’t beat that and comfy bed kept me rested for my long days of training. PARKING: Traffic is heavy in this area & close parking spots were taken immediately by 6pm from other BW renters which mainly consisted of construction workers. Which re receptionist stated this was common but it was quiet & safe. CLEAN: The room was clean and nice, however it had settling issues causing drawers to pop open randomly & visible cracking on some of the bathroom tiles. One can only guess that this happened from all the construction next to property. It does look like has been updated. A piece of tape did the trick including adding it to the do not disturb sign on the door. Breezeway can be windy. COMPLIMENTARY BRKFST: 6am start time. It was ok. Ready made sausage biscuits, eggs bacon & sausage were the rotating meals the 3 days of my stay. Waffle & hot coffee, cereals were mainstays no juice or water were served. Vending machines had great options though. STAFF/RESTAURANT : they were all nice James was exceptional informed me of the delivery services nearby and within steps Casa Garcia was next door so you didn’t have to lose your parking spot

2 nights stay, 1st the toilet water running, and the water pressure was real low, I asked to switch room, the next room I was move was infested with bugs, coming out of the alarm clock and the phone and fridge area…
The restroom was not good other than that everything was ok
The hotel property is old, but has been somewhat updated. It is near a busy freeway making it noisy. The room AC stopped working several times during the night. Lastly, this hotel is not in a great location and appears to house several work crews who are temporarily in the area.
Well Managed. Nice Staff. Decent Location. Would stay again.
