Was in town with wife and child for the Augusta half Ironman. Stayed here three nights. Had a great time. Place was nice and clean. Staff was super nice and friendly. There's a restaurant in the hotel which was super convenient. Prices were very good. The only neg is the place looks outdated and is in need of an upgrade. I would stay there again though.

We stayed here for the Ironman 70.3 Augusta event. The location was PERFECT for the race and the staff were AMAZING!!! There were some issues with check in but the staff were awesome as they remained cheerful and friendly as the people waiting to check in kept growing. The place needs some updating but for the price, it was as expected.

Location was ideal, front desk staff was very pleasant. However, to find a used, washcloth hanging over the shower curtain when I stepped inside was disgusting. Did they not clean the shower? Also, the stench in the hallway from the side entrance by the pool, was that point I decided not to even attempt to go to the pool for fear of the worst.

If not for proximity to Ironman race, would never stay at this hotel. Disgusting smell and deplorable common areas. Room decor/furnishings are awful. Employees/Housekeepers without uniform or badge ID...couldn't recognize staff from transients. Ending on a positive, GREAT front desk help!

Horrible Customer Service. I have spoken to over 5 people to get a refund as I could not travel due to reasons. I was told many time I did not book a refundable room, but my email plainly said refunds up to 24 hours before booking. Here it is over a month now and I have ben told by 3 people that its on its way. I will NEVER book a room with Ramada ever again, only because I never want to deal with reservations or customer service again. They also should have known, I canceled my trip, rater than send me a review..

I've stayed in some dumps before and this one ranks down on the list. Let me preface by saying I did not complain about the room because it was Ironman weekend and every hotel was booked. There was no switching rooms. When we got there, we noticed the lobby was a little dated. No big deal. When we got to our room, we were surprised at some of the conditions. You had to yank hard on the cords for the curtains to be opened. The bathroom lights didn't work all the time. The bathtub didn't hold water. The window leaked onto the A/C unit. The water in the sink would run hot/cold no matter which tap you had on. The staff, however were very friendly and helpful. The only real positive was the proximity to the race. I will definitely not stay here again. I'll pay extra to stay in a hotel that's nicer.

Hotel needs Major upgrades. Facility is extremely dated and run down. Lobby and Rooms smell Moldy. I will not return to this hotel in my next visit. Next time i will reserve with more time and select the Marriot near the Convention Center....Pictures attached are view from 11th Floor

I have booked multiple rooms for myself and team members every September for the last 3 years and I've had it. The rooms are outdated, the water temperature is not regulated (hot/cold/hot), broken items are not fixed, there are very few outlets to plug your stuff into, they didn't always clean your room, and we were not admitted to the hotel bar last year - even though we were guests. Don't waste your time, you can find better rooms & better staff for less money anywhere else in Augusta.

We evaluated from Jacksonville Florida for three nights during hurricane. I was traveling with my son and puppy. Phiyllis at the front desk service recognition and raise for what an outstanding job she did with a smile on her face and pleasant attitude the whole time. The assisted living from Hilton head was also evacuated there too. (174 room) so this sweet lady had her hands full. The hotel is a bit out dated and could be brought up to date easily. I am a designer and can see the potential the hotel truly has. Overall our stay was good and all the staff were so professional and helpful. Lesia May

A large group from our community stayed at the Ramada Inn during Hurricane Irma Evacuation, Sept 8-13, 2017. What a dump...Needs a thorough reconditioning...Only one elevator of 3 worked one night..Telephones in rooms did not work ...WiFi was spotty, worked in room sometimes, or you needed to go to the lobby for WiFi service...Some of us had spotty A/C..Dead roaches in bathroom, Windows that leaked rain into room, Room keys that would not work until workmen changed the batteries on door locks, Lobby carpets that needed a good shampoo or be replaced..Not a credit to the Ramada Chain..
