Other than the location for a stay during the Masters tournament, this hotel is not worth the money. The staff is nice but the rooms and the hotel is dated. The breakfast is okay but not worth the $200+ per night during Masters week.
Room was affordable. Room needs to be renovated. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Overoll clean, but need to replace bathtup. Lot of dirty stain. Last day of staying did not clean my room. I saww one bed bug....
My experience was good. Very clean hotel. People were nice. I love the food but more selection need to b on the buffet.
Extremely nice staff! Pleasant environment close too all dining establishments. Simply wonderful!!
My room had no chair in it. I had to sit on the edge of the bed to put on my shoes. Both I and my traveling companion, Charles Hacker, were prematurely locked out of our rooms, a major inconvenience!
Bed bugs and rude staff. We checked in and had to be move to another room twice due to lack of the room being properly clean. When we spoke to the attendant on duty, she said maintenance had left for the day. The staff show lack of respect for our safety and health. I recommend that no one books a room at this hotel.
I enjoyed my stay but could use some extra towels and the floors could stand to be more thoroughly cleaned.
Room was OK. Do not stay in an inner room, elevator kept us up all night. Staff was courteous and room was OK for the price.
The fan in the bathroom did not work. The toilet rocked back and forth. No extra blankets in the room for the sofa sleeper. The front door did not seem to be truly secure and I had to put the chair against it. The ac was very loud. My second day, my key did not work. The mirror in the bathroom was broke in the corners could turn into a safety issue. The bed spread was ripped on the side that faced down. One of the bulbs for the lamp was blown.
The room I booked was not what I expected. I was suppose to be with a kitchenette. Housekeeping was not good. The staff was okay. I might stay again when I returned.
I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and made my stay very comfortabe.
I wouldn't stay at this hotel again if someone paid me. I was greeted by a rude hotel clerk. She had attitude galore. The room was ok but the bathroom was atrocious. The bathroom smelled and although it was clean I guess to their standards, it was horrible in my opinion.
Relatively cheap for the area, but the suites are nice. You get a king bed and a separation with a sofa and tv stuff in the other side. I stayed all week. The only issue is in the mornings (6-7am) the shower water temperature fluctuates hot to cold, probably because the high usage. But good place.
the trip was fantastic and the location and staff at hotel was very very friendly
[...] 1st. room was dirty and smelled strongly of urine near the doorway carpeting, not near the bathroom. Second room had a dangerous coating of oil all over the bathroom floor and showed signs of it having been tracked into the bedroom on the carpet. You literally could not stand in the bathroom without your shoes sliding out from under you. Kicker was a wake-up call at 5:30AM that we did not request. The front desk was helpful in resolving what it could. Maintenance cleaned the floor while we were out. I chose Clarion because of past experience many years ago in another state; I won't do that again.
Great location, nice hotel. I especially like the fact that they offered an all you can eat buffet. The only things that I didnt like were the fact that our room was right across from the elevator. About 5A I awoke to the ding of the elevator. Also, the bathrooms were clean but old and dingy. They need an upgrade. On the other hand, the room was nice, and comfy (except for the bathroom).
Enjoyed my stay. Nice and peaceful.
Everything was ver pleasant. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and spaciuos
