No hot water on arrival after an 8 hour drive, bedside light not working, toilet did NOT flush correctly in the morning. Although the staff were, without question, excellent. The room did not meet normal Marriott standards. It was to say the least, tired, the view was of air conditioning units and a rooftop. Both myself and my partner are Bonvoy members of long standing, this stay was extremely disappointing.

I can’t say enough about the Augusta Marriott. My room was extremely comfortable, the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful especially when I had to extend my stay for a day because my flight got cancelled. The bellman even made a special early to drive me to the airport in the shuttle. The location was also great - right on the Riverwalk. I was a very happy guest!!

The room is decently clean. The floor needs mopping, specifically the floor area in the space allocated for the desk. Under the desk the floor is very sticky.
