Over all a good hotel for good price, is modern and has aircon and sky tv, full kitchen facilitys in rooms. Safe with door cards needed x 2 for door and elevator. All over good and i stay often. Didn't like that the drains were clogged up in bathroom.

Room is small, no parking, be very very careful where you park because they’ll tow your car away without a hesitation along with a hefty fine. Free Wi-Fi can’t log in after little use, have to wait for another 10+ hours before it becomes available again. Location is little bit too far away from major attractions, but walkable. Friendly staffs and clean.

Great location to the city and room was great but the bed was split down the middle and at 6'5" wasn't the most comfortable bed to sleep on other than that had a great experience

Easy walking distance to everything near CBD. WiFi was horrid. Kicked us off every 20 minutes (sometimes as we were logging on even). Everything else was reasonable although the staff trying to solve the WiFi problem were not knowledgeable about tech. Would consider staying again. Not a definite yes though due to the WiFi issue. If that doesn’t matter to you, then definite yes.

It was nice to be able to arrive after 1am and be welcomed by a pleasant, professional staff member at the front desk. And there was no problem with arranging a noon checkout. The building is not your standard rectangular box, so the sizes and shapes of apartments vary quite a bit. I was in a "3", which is one of the larger ones; from the fire escape plan on the door, some of the others looked quite a bit smaller. When I return, I'll ask about getting a large one on the other side of the building, away from Queen Street; the disadvantage of being just across from a SkyBus stop is that there are buses coming by regularly all night long. From the excellent condition of the unit, I would guess that it had been renovated recently. A couple of accent lamps -- one in the main room and another in the bedroom -- would be a welcome addition.

everything was goo, only problem we had was parking. It did not say that you have to reserve for parking.

Very conveniently located at a corner on Queen Street; however, not straightforward for finding a place to park before checking in. Otherwise, good overall accommodation.

I was quite pleased with this hotel. The front desk concierge was *apologetic* when I showed up 6 hours before check-in and my room wasn't ready! :) Nice guy. I left my luggage in the luggage room and explored for the day. When I officially checked in, the room was clean, neat, well-stocked, and everything I'd been promised. Housekeeping was efficient, too. And when the (4!) power outlets in my room randomly stopped working, they sent Maintenance to have a look. He was puzzled, too, but got one of them working, and they didn't blame (or charge!) me for the mystery. I'd been worried that "well it's your room, it's your fault" was going to be the logic used, but they were very nice about it. And can I say HOW MUCH I loved the shower. I think I need to buy a new showerhead for my home. The water pressure was amazing (a concern in past hotels!), & temperature was easy to adjust. The location was also great: right on the "main" street, although a little far uphill, which is tiring at the end of a day of exploring. But also close to bus stops for the main bus loop. AND to the airport bus shuttle stop. Really, it's very convenient to most things (Sky Tower, waterfront, "downtown", buses), and all the staff was very nice, friendly, & helpful. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.
