Apartment 15 sits in a bright position at the quiet end of Onetangi Beach, with wide windows bringing in natural light and filtered views toward the bay. The open-plan layout keeps the home simple and comfortable, with the kitchen, dining, and lounge arranged as one connected living space.



The lounge is set up for relaxed beach days and calm evenings, with comfortable seating and an outlook toward the landscaped grounds and ocean. The dining area sits beside the main windows, keeping the room open and bright. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, good bench space, and everything needed for easy meals at home.



The apartment has two bedrooms positioned away from the main living area for privacy. The master bedroom includes a king bed and plenty of natural light. The second bedroom has a king bed that can be split into singles on request, making the layout flexible for two couples, friends travelling together, or a small family needing separate beds. Two full bathrooms sit close to the bedrooms, each with a clean, functional design and tiled finishes.

The apartment is close to key island amenities including the Waiheke golf course, Woolworths supermarket, and the Saturday farmers market in Ostend. The Onetangi Valley’s wineries such as Tantalus Estate, Stonyridge, Te Motu, Obsidian, Casita Miro, and Wild on Waiheke, are all within easy reach. The Heke, another local favourite, offers wood-fired food, craft beer, and a relaxed outdoor setting.



Getting Around:

The nearest bus stop is a short walk from the apartment, with regular services between Onetangi and Oneroa. These buses stop outside the major wineries in the Onetangi Valley.



Taxis on Waiheke are expensive, and private drivers can also be costly, especially in peak season. For most guests, hire cars or e-bikes are the most practical and cost-effective options. For exploring areas further east, such as Passage Rock or Man O’ War, a car or pre-booked tour is recommended
