Disappointing. This is not a luxury apartment. Interior paint job is tatty. Needs redecoration. Construction work in the corridor and stairway detracted from the appeal. Kitchen items kept to a bare minimum. Shower didn't even have a shelf for soap and shampoo. No sea views--not that they were promised, but you do hope for them in an apartment on a wharf built out into the habour -- but, no, only views of a kind of alley running down the middle of wharf. Late night disturbed by car hooligans racing up and down. Host put out ear plugs, but they don't stop that kind of rumble. So much for the apartment. It's a decent place to sleep in good location. Just don't expect lux or glamour, and be aware your sleep may be disturbed. On a different point, One final point: you need to pay a security deposit after you book. This was not made terribly clear up front. I was worried I would not get the deposit back. I was not, in fact, overcharged, but the approach was non-transparent, anxiety-inducing..
