What a wonderful, convenient location, situated close to all the tourist attractions! And the bed was amazingly comfortable---a real plus! On top of that, the staff was very accommodating to our arrival and departure times. There was even a welcome drink to set the mood for our night on the town.

The check-in time is late at 3p. This is annoying if you have checked out of somewhere else at 10a. I had to wait for my room for half an hour. This happened last time I stayed here also. They tried to give me an accessible room but failed to tell me this at first. They just said it was a queen bed. I dont like accessible rooms as I'm a designer and stay at hotels for their design. Accessible rooms have to be code and this always impacts the design of the room. The girl checking me in was not that knowledgable. This hotel is just a bit up themself.

The room was clean and bright, the building / decor (and drink menus) were fun! The staff was super nice and consistently helpful. And the location CANNOT be beat - right in the middle of everything, and the blackout curtains work great so you wouldn't even know it.

I booked with them through Exp. Checked in with them today. They mentioned that since I am a VIP gold Exp, they wish to give me upgrade rooms, but fully booked, nothing available. Then handed me three rooms on second floor right before elevators! They gave three worst rooms of the hotel! Asked to talk with manager and didn’t appear. The front desk told me no similar rooms available and I can cancel the booking for free. They really didn’t have to mention that they wish to give me an upgrade since I was an Exp VIP gold. I will give them 0 star if possible By the way, I booked three rooms with two beds, I got two rooms with two beds and one king bed. They changed my booking without asking for agreement from me and force me to accept it and the worst rooms in the hotel!

M Social is a fantastic place to stay. Conveniently located near attractions and restaurants. We stayed there three times during our trip, and each time was perfect. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious
