The hotel is in a great location, the king sized bed was great. Unfortunately, reception staff lacks communication skills, she did not tell us the taxi would be waiting at the back of the building, our room was not refreshed on the 3rd day I had to find the housekeeping staff myself. Breakfast was cold, watery eggs, no flavour. I would not recommend your hotel to others

The staff were friendly and professional. The room was nice. No drinking cocoa though, only tea and coffee. The bathroom floor needed a good scrub, there was make up smears all over it and other marks that could've easily been removed with a proper clean. There was no facecloth, only hand towels and bath towels.

Room was not ready at 2pm we had to wait almost an hour in the lobby until room was ready, when we got to the room it was still a little dirty with floor needing a vacuum, hair on the bedding, a tampoon wrapper was in the toilet. We had no face clothes just hand towels and towels. There was a fire alarm go off but the alarms were not in the rooms or the corridors just in the stairs, the team made no idea how to evacuate the building and there was no urgency which was scary, thank God the alarm was not a real fire just burnt toast. Our room key stopped working so we had to get them checked and we only stayed two night, the breakfast was not worth the money, hot food was only scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, bacon, three jams for toast nothing else like marmite, peanut butter.

I stayed for four nights. There were three nights was very noisy. Loud music was playing whole night until at least 3-4AM in the morning. People will shouting or laughing on the street the window is old and couldn’t even block the sound. That was the worst sleeping experience in a hotel. They didn’t provide any room cleaning during my day. One day I requested change of towels in the morning around 9 AM, when I came back around 9 PM, there’s still no clean towel. I called the reception several times, and no one answered it. Finally I had to come down to front text to get the towels.

I would say maybe to invest in a chrome cast or smart tv's for the rooms and updated air-conditioning units, as the "old school" type is quite noisy when you're trying to sleep. Overall our stay was quite pleasant and easy going:)

Lobby was bare minimum. Smelled like a hospital. Arrived at 1PM, Got checked in around 3PM. Had to wait for a very long time. No one cleaned the room in my 3 days stay there. No one refilled coffee or sugar. When asked for sugar refill, staff insist on guest coming down instead of being sent over. Won't recommend this hotel ever.
