The rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole house was clean. There were no stairs which was a plus. Plenty of parking. Location was great, close to Manukau City and Botany Downs. Definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The location was super handy – close to Sylvia Park, Woolworths, and some great little cafés. It was the perfect base for us in Auckland, and we’d definitely stay again.

Our stay was awesome because we were close to everything in Manukau. I would suggest a table and chairs outside and tea towels in kitchen to dry dishes. Otherwise it was a great place to stay
