After a late check in, which was managed quickly and conveniently, we found a well appointed room with all the necessities when travelling with children. A reasonable sized kitchen and bathroom and sufficient beds meant everyone was comfortable. There was some minor damage and cosmetic issues around the walls but otherwise we had a pleasant one night stay. Would stay again.

Second time I've stayed here. A nice quiet and clean place to stay. 5 minute walk to Ascot hospital and 10 minute walk to Remuera road + easy access to the motorway. Very accommodating host, would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in this area.

This accomodation was in perfect proximity to the hospital we were visiting and also to main transport routes, eateries etc. A very convenient location. It was great that it had parking, and a stove and microwave to cook. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, responding to any requests. There are fruit trees behind the property, a nice bonus. It seemed clean and tidy until i did my final gear check to leave and knelt down to check if i left anything like a sock under the bed. To my horror there were other peoples socks, popcorn etc. Under the beds had not been cleaned in a long time. That was the only sad note of an otherwise pleasant stay.
